You are offering an unsafe solution. Separate Earthing must be there for each house which should be used for the charging point. It is incorrect to bypass it.

Main use of earthing is to providing a path for a fault current to flow to earth. So we are just providing path nothing wrong in this. Your device remain safe

Its 100 percent protected And after 1.5 lakh or higher km if battery performance down its cell can be changed no need to change whole battery
