So i always get disconnected on the first squad, rivals, or draft match i play. I go back to the home menu then reconnect and it works fine. How can i fix it so it xan stop doing that

Deleting the cache did it for me. It seems this is how to fix other games with the connection error. I was having a similar issue with Back 4 blood. Deleting the cache made it possible to connect to servers.
