The seed he goes to later on is "cego", which means "blind" in Portuguese. So, if you're blind, everything you'll only see is black, hence why the villager has black eyes, or maybe even hollowed out eyesockets.

When I was testing the math of the black eye villager when I had it one day late happened one daylight happened well I did not have my wonder distance down to like two chunks. I had to add, but it was foggy.

YOOOO Also, when you edit/make a skin on skindex, there’s this outer layer thing, and if you used the under layer to make the eyes connect, then put the villager’s skin color in outer layer over those pixels, it would look like actual sunglasses lol
