When talking about mental health in academia, there’s often discussion about coping strategies. But there isn’t enough focus on the day-to-day experiences, the struggles that come with mental health issues and mental illness, and on the person who is living with mental illness.
Through this mental health video series, we focus on the bad days, and how difficult it is for someone living with mental illness to do basic life tasks, get work done, or even just get through the day on these days when coping is extremely difficult.
