Hey Everyone! Today I have some of my most favorite musk perfumes to share with you. I did lose a bit of footage somehow so Burberry Brit Rhythm, Lake & Skye 11 11, Kuumba Made Vanilla Musk and Nemat Amber Musk are all missing. I do hope you still enjoy!

Yes!! I am longing for simpler times from the past also! I felt every word of that! Sarah if you are ever in the mood could you do a video about your favorite nostalgic perfumes. Not even necessarily vintage ones but perfumes that remind you of days gone by? Scent memories are such a huge part of why I'm drawn to perfume and it's so comforting. I love it when you talk about your scent memories! Thank you so much for another wonderful video!!💗💗💗

Have you tried Cartier's Basier Vole? It's a lovely powdery Lily fragrance but it's got to have Musk in it. It's gorgeous.

Love musk!! Skin, Coty, Jovan, Alyssa Ashley, Philosophy, just to name a few in my collection. Most of my fave scents are musk based or have a note of musk. TFS!!

I flew through my Swiss Arabian oils.... 🥰Mukhalat Malaki , Musk Malakai, and Rose Malakai!! Ugh so good!😎

HI SARAH, I totally agree!! Amazing Grace is definitely not old lady & I have multiple relatives who love it! Amber Musk is in my top ten! I recently got Noa and I love the musk in it. If you want a very nice musk you may want to try the L'Aromatica Animus. ;)

Burberry Rhythem, Amazing Grace and Amber Musk are all stunners!! There was a point where I couldn't put Rhythm down. It was al I wanted to smell!! I can't remember if I liked Jovan Musk but I had White Musk. Dream Angels Heavenly is also an under-appreciated musk perfume!! Also La Mia Perla🥰🥰🥰

Hi Sarah, what a great list of Musk fragrances! I have about half of the ones you mentioned. You might want to check out Lovely by Sarah Jessica Parker. I love the musk in that perfume, it’s cozy, clean and slightly woody.

Amazing Grace is my Moms signature scent. I have Pure Grace. If you love those, I really believe you will enjoy Tova Signature. I know I mentioned it recently and I have been wearing it a lot, always getting compliments.

I know what you mean about scents from the 80s of liking to smell them and not want to wear them. I was in my teens in the 80's (graduated HS in 1990). I couple of years ago I bought a bottle of Jean Charles Brosseau Ombre Rose when I saw it SUPER cheap on Frangrancenet. It's not a particularly favorite rose perfume and I don't wear it. But I like the pretty bottle and open the cap to just sniff it. Maybe I'll spray in the room I'm in. I can't remember who in my group wore it in the 80s. A friend? My mother? Me? But the scent just takes me back and brings back all the good teenage memories.

Hi i too am a child of the 80s and completely agree with you. I found myself looking for comforting Nostalgic sense from a simpler time. I would absolutely love to see a video on that if you found the time Love Jovan musk.

I’ve loved musk perfumes since I was literally a small child. My first was Jovan, then I asked for Chanel #5 EDT when I was 12 and for years got the refill for my plastic black bottle! I so wish I still had one. I think it got stolen with my purse!😢I’m loving Alyssa Ashley and I love my original Sun, Moon & Stars from Lagerfeld! I adore great musk scents!!

Sarah you look so pretty. I love those pinks on you. I'm curious about your blush/highlight color. Oh, and my favorite musks right now/ for autumn are Molton Brown Milk Musk, Frederic Malle Musc Ravgeur, and Al Haramain Royal Musk (the new one in the beautiful blue bottle).

You definitely need the proper skin chemistry for Glow. My sister was obsessed with that scent since it launched, and also the After Dark! But it's no bueno on me Lol 😎

Hi Sarah! That Zara MSK is haunting me lol! I think I would love a gourmand musk! I am going to check out the Swiss Arabian. I would recommend Bourbon French musk oil. Very affordable and different than any musk I have tried….in a very inoffensive, soft way.

I love musks too I like Katy Perry Indi, Cacharell Noa, Armani She, Demeter Kitten Fur, Crystalline, Mure et Musc Extreme, Toujours Glamour. I got an Amazing Grace gift set once :)

You need to try Nemat Vanilla Musk!!! It's an oil and you can get it at Ulta or Whole Foods! You will love it!

I love musk too, smells soft and sweet pheromone to me. I am a kid stuck in the 80’s. I think everything is better in the 80’s-90’s from music, movies, perfumes, kidstuff except internet. I always wish I can go back 😂

Zara MSK/004 NTL Smells so much like Prada candy to my nose, but with an almond touch. I used up my bottle so fast and I’m regretting not buying another bottle when I had the chance.

You should definitely check out Exit The King by Etat Libre d'Orange. I think you'll really love that fragrance. It seems like you and I have very similar taste. 👍🏻👍🏻

Have you done an 80s perfume video? I’m just getting into vintage perfumes and I’m very interested in the 70s/80s. I totally get what you mean about not necessarily wanting to smell like Poison everyday lol, but I’d love to hear about even those giant loud 80s florals too, even if just for reference. I just think vintage perfumes are so cool!

My all time favorite scent and musk was Skin Midnite Musk by Bonne Belle. I have 1/3 of a bottle that’s really old, probably from the late 80’s/early 90’s but it’s still wearable. Never found one I’ve liked as much or a decent dupe unfortunately🤷‍♀️

Musk Therapy is really lovely but definitely not worth the huge price tag. Especially when there are so many awesome clones to be had. 💗

Have you ever tried Auric Blends "Egyptian Goddess" perfume oil? I've been wearing it since the 90s and have never been able to pinpoint specific notes in it other than possibly sandalwood. But it's a very clean skin scent woody musk and with a hint of floral. It's actually difficult to describe but it's enchanting and people comment on it. If you've tried it I'd love to hear your opinion since you are a musk lover.

I too have been on a musk kick. I have been layering the original swiss arabian musk oil under everything. I was a teenager in the 80's and I love that my 18 yr old is wearing 80's fashion. Never in a million years did I think that the 80's would be back in style because I would've kept my clothes and my fragrances from then

Musk can be offensive to some if worn in public, so I only wear it on the inside of my robe at night. This is how I enjoy the scent & it lasts for days.

Hi there! I had a bottle of JLo Miami Glow years ago and o didn’t love it on me. It’s not a really soapy musk like the original. If I remember it’s kind of a Musky tropical scent. ❤️

This is my mothers favorite perfume. I have to say I hate it. It smells like overpowering cheap flowers. It is a generic flowery perfume. That is the problem with floral fragrances, they are easy to make and they all smell the same. There are good floral fragrances out there, but those almost all have one thing in common, they all have a contrasting scent. A good example is Initio Atomic Rose. It is a floral at its heart, but it spices things up with peppery and lightly sweet contrasts. It is amazing and will get attention and you will smell different than everyone else, not like a flower pot.
