what a lousy thing to say. God did not send the storm, nature did. God is there when we call his name and he gives us courage, faith and hope. when we pray to God, and ask him for things, sometimes the answer is no. But it's for a reason...one we don't understand. But if you put your faith in the Lord, and you trust in His plan for you, things get a lot easier. you must be a very sad person to make such an awful statement...i'll put you in my prayers and hope He shows you the way.

I am so proud to see everyone joining together in all cultures, races, and religions to help each other save lives. Its in the most terrible life threatening of situations can true love true patriotism be seen. Harvey is just a reminder in these harsh political divides that americans join each other to help any and all lives, even animals. I know God looks down at harvey and smiles. This made me very happy. The amount of people going back to rescue other elders, kids, dogs&cat&cows. The water so polluted with sewage,bacteria,mud etc and they are risking their lives to go back. This is the type of REAL heroism I love. I wish I had money to give but I do have old clothes, and really anything helps as people lost everything.

Our own neighbors are the real first responders...the ones who help the elderly and the pregnant women and toddlers. Get to know your neighbors...all of us everywhere because we may be next having to be rescued from some catastrophic event

As much as I hate seeing these kinds of disasters and the suffering people go through, it gives me hope in humanity to see how people respond with sacrifice, and kindness to help their fellowman.
