I'm gonna play devils advocate and say no ffing way. because I remember this guy selling out to Biden when he had more delegates all to secure himself that nice seat in the department of transport. Pete's experience with transport was being a town mayor in Indiana. tell me again how and why Biden couldn't choose someone genuinely qualified rather than just intelligent. the man is intelligent and a true politician and those are not compliments. he will do whatever it takes to get ahead and makes the smart moves but for himself not for us.

Add to that huge success with securing a safe place for unions and unionism. This will grow the middle class massively. Now if the Biden could only use the lessons of being a bad corporate colonizer added to the lessons of the holocaust to back off of support for a settler population that the settler government feels rationalizes a massive ongoing ethnic cleansing.

And so was Obama. Obama being a man of color as well as a man under the stupid weight of Donald Trump bearing down on him, did pretty good. After all he was the best president we ever had in my opinion. It makes me sad that a man who is of obvious good character and intelligence, should be held back by America's prejudice as well as the world. If Pete doesn't actually become president, someone exactly like him will be. Pete's semi visible battle, I wish him the best of luck. We need some sanity back in the driver seat.

Here in rural Colorado we have tons of water issues. Biden’s infrastructure bill has funded an upgrade and expansion of our water treatment plant. There is a sign at the entrance saying funded by the Biden infrastructure bill. The construction workers all have a nice 3 year gig on this project. Their pick ups are parked in front of the sign. Ironically they all have “Let’s go Brandon” bumper stickers.

Integrity and not being a corporate shill posing as a progressist ? I mean don't get me wrong, he's still a much better choice than a lot of alternatives, he's charismatic, young, still somewhat progessist and left leaning (by american astandrds at least), and I defintively would understand anyone voting for him as the next Democrat candidate. but the fact is that if you look at his campaign back in 2019, he was racking lobying funds from Elmendorf (anti medicare for all lobying fund), Blackwater (private defense contractor) , Blackrock (the privae euity firm) and a few other more... So a solid choice, especially when whatever republican candidate will be some shade of Trumpism or insanity at this rate, but just don't expect a lot of changes to America financial policies with him as president, is all.

People who worry about Biden's age should remember that whatever happens to him over the next several years, he has put good people in his administration who are helping get things done. Biden has the political experience and integrity to do the job at any age. If he noticeably declines a little in a second term, we'll still be better off than with any of the Republican candidates in the office!
