Yes, with any rotary you get agitation and cleaning at the same time and not really needed to agitate before. We use the Zipper in a lot of cases because of the speed with the unit even though we sometimes have to agitate before, we are still faster. But again the zipper would need a larger unit to clean with such as a truckmount. The smaller 13 inch Zipper can be set up to work with some portables though. But those portables need a lot of suction power. If you are going to use a smaller Truckmount or a portable, then the 360i would be a better choice. If you have a truckmount and going to get into commercial work and larger open area places that you can get truckmount equipment too, the Zipper would be a benefit

Thanks Again Mark i saw some machine from Rotivac and also the Rotovac Bonzer, and they say that can be use also with one of the one portable machine that they have... Same the Zipper SS i say that need for the best result about 900psi and 1.5GPM and some portable machine provide up to 1200 psi so maybe enough for the zipper too? I need portable because most of the job is provide in buildings and is not possible use a truck, in this case wich machine do you use?

Andrea Cadelano ADVaccount you can use the Zipper with a portable that has at least 2 three stage vacs. Bonzer would be the same really.

Andrea Cadelano ADVaccount I forgot to mention that I do not do many high-rise buildings where I am located. So everything I do is mainly truckmount work or we will use a cimex machine or low moisture cleaning and encapsulation cleaning

Do you think "based on your experience" that higher PSI can help to clean better and faster the carpet? and what about hot and cold water? thanks a lot Andrea

That is an Austrian made 10 inch CRB. Brush Pro version. We use two different types of brushes. The standard white brushes, but also on commercial and some really trashed poly and residential, the Brown Commercial Brushes (stiffer) You can get that CRB from Erik Hiltz who makes Zipper Wands. www.zipperwand.com They are not on his website at this time, but get a great deal if you call them.

I like the Zipper much better actually, but I do like my other Rotovac Products. The Zipper is about $500 more. They are hand built and have anodized machined aluminum, better wheel and adjustment....single pull handle so you can control with one hand and stand up taller especially while going forward, and with single center pull handle, you can control the handle better, incredible trigger valve which is the best in the industry currently.... Those are just a few of the differences that I enjoy between the two units.
