Scotch brite pad red or gray depending on what finish you want. Fold it in half x it out to find center. Punch hole in center with screwdriver. Put on angle grinder... Preferably one with speed control set it to low. Lol polishes things nice and fits in pretty much every corner when a fresh pad. I use to weld stainles in food and beverage plants.

I think you can use cut out jeans or leather for that, maybe layer it with the cardboard and glue it together to get the shape and stiffness but have the leather or jeans larger than the cupboard. That is an interesting make shift though. I would've just thought of a bigger radius to reach inner angle, this is not only smaller which means retains its stiffness easier it's also much easier to cut because it's square.

High RPM spinning sandpaper flaps!? That's cool! We should mass produce these in a fibre backing, with a metal reinforced core, with the flaps and backing held together with some sort of resin, at a slight angle. I call it "flap disc". I perform a similar technique with my old growth pubic hares...I pain stakingly weave them around grinder spindle and with all the cock cheez that is infuzed in the DIY multi ply pubic polishing pad makes for a savage ass polishing micro finish compound that 3M can't even top!

My first instinct is to shit on it, where I'm from there are dozens of commercially made products that would work far better, longer and faster (and safer), but perhaps this guy doesn't live in a place with access to any of that. In that case maybe it's a good alternative, who knows?

You do realize that the constant positioning of the angle grinder and tapping with it is not necessary for us to understand why you can't reach that part with it. We have eyes It's literally a common sense

@@XinyiLHBF that's completely accurate. I know these things but every once in a while I have a lapse in remembrance of that. I think it's because deep down I believe the best in people even though reality shows me the antithesis each and every single day. It's my inner struggle I guess.

Use Leather Raw, go to anyone who sells leather ie craft stores or Leather Ranch if you have one. I cut off a square of leather drill hole the same diameter size of were the lock nut is. I use thicker leather with Washers that have spikes or put a weld bead on washer to help secure the leather stops it from spinning should the lock nut come loose. you will see the amasing job it does Polishing stanless or copper ect ect take care hope this helps someone out

If you use tig welding there is no need for this. Just use acid gel and a soft cloth polishing disc after. Much safer and less time consuming.
