It's a badly done MIDI of Wood Man's theme, done with standard General MIDI instruments. The name is MM2WOOD.MID, and Siiva merely popularized it. The similarity to Doom/Doom 2's sound font is purely co-incidental, since both Doom and Doom 2 rely on General MIDI for their music as well. The same Windows/DOS MIDI instruments used in Doom got used in MM2WOOD.MID, as well.
