I don’t know why I was shocked by them taking up for her, but maybe I am late on this. Jackie lets people do her dirty work so that she can look clean. Absolutely not acceptable. I am done watching this show. I don’t like the feeling of it and constantly watching that dynamic . She is a friend to no one when you get down to it. I took offense because I face medical neglect every time I go to the E.R. because they don't trust or listen to our concerns! I've had approximately 20 surgeries, and now they're recommending that I have another procedure! Negative! I'm trying natural remedies now! Thanks Dr. Jackie, they've now heard your comments regarding your own community- now they're sitting back saying "I was right all along "! She needs to do a lot of work going forward! It was just hurtful and embarrassing!😢

I also wonder if she has some unexamined resentment from never getting the chance to be a mom and still working in a field where all she deals with is pregnancy. I’m sure dealing with pregnant women daily subconsciously makes her think about that never being her experience. Like you said “she can’t relate” and that must inform her practice. Whether she lives vicariously through them or (my theory) has grown some unaddressed resentment/envy towards them.

As someone who had a B Nurse downplay my gallbladder attack during an ER visit, this is Triggering. I normally can handle pain but I was in a fetal position profusely crying. Morphine did nothing! It took a W doctor to come in and state that an emergency surgery was needed ASAP. Ill never forget how the nurse made me feel during that time; not heard; not valued, etc.

I was left in a dark hospital room with my mom.I fi.nally told her after 5 hrs I couldn't take the pain anymore.She found the nurse - she came & looked between my legs to see my babies head & screamed breech! I freaked out & was told to push & finally gave birth.Notjing for pain - vowed to never get ph again!

Dr. Jackie has shown us who she is we should believe her. I went to her many, many years ago. I thought I had a miscarriage because I had a positive pregnancy test, but when I saw her the results were negative. I was trying to have a baby. Dr. Jackie was so cold, I felt like she thought I was lying. She also had patients sitting for hours waiting on her. I left her practice and found a lovely, caring, compassionate ob/gyn who delivered both my children. Being a doctor is more than being book smart, you have to have a love for helping people and have some compassion. I don’t understand why Bravo keeps putting Dr. Jackie on pedestal. She must only give good care to her celebrity friends, not regular working class people.

DUUUUUUUUUUDE!!!! I AGREED WITH EVERYTHING YOU SAID. SHAME ON DR. JACKIE. She not only absolved herself from responsibility, but she quickly tried to make Quad the scapegoat, and the other ladies let her and Bravo should be ashamed of themselves. I am in school for my PhD, and we are reading about disparities in the African-American community. Dr. Jackie is the problem, and NO ONE has held her accountable because she is a celebrity. I am tired of the fake tears and apologies. She is crying because she thinks she is the victim not because she thinks she is wrong.

When Mariah said that Dr. Jackie is the villain of M2M. Where's the lie? It's been hard for me to support Quad because of how she sided with the pack against her ex bff, BUT Dr. Jackie making this black woman and pregnancy backlash about Quad is ridiculous. Medical mean girls describe Jackie, Simone & Heavenly, perfectly.

I used to really like Dr. Jackie and I don’t know that woman from a can of paint, but I was completely hurt & angry about what she said about black women. I almost lost my baby because I wasn’t listened to. My husband had to raise his baritone voice to make them get it together. Now she’s 21 & I will never forget how scared I was. I COULD NEVER & WILL NEVER watch that bs show of toxic, money didn’t buy them happiness or class, pitiful women.

Dr Jackie should b held accountable. She comes from a generation that knows better and did better bc they know exactly how other folks mistreats US, thinks of US and takes every opportunity to latch on to n e excuse to invalidate US. And her saying that set us back. So i would have liked to hear some sincerity from her bc it felt glossed over like she dismissed apologizing to Buffie. And they played in our face thinking Quad resurfaced that clip when Quad had no beef that we know of with Jackie. And Simone really needs to STOP all that yelling, its unnecessary to get her point across. I like this show bc hopefully it usher in more black doctors.
