This speaks to my family court situation where a male cad worker because my ex wouldn't allow CAS to see her at his place. We had a mature woman social worker that I asked for from the courts also bit I feel defeated and the courts haven't listened... To anyone but him even with these resources saying best interest was no access..adjudication is our trial has been adjourned to February now bcy ex doesn't have a lawyer but when I haven't had one for over a year they pushed for it and wasn't budging yet he loses out and it's OK well push back but we need ocl in again...and I'm tired of all of it.. I just want my daughter to have a happy childhood and the reporta showed him caught in lie after lie and yet the judge over looked it all... Him being awarded monies and not psying child support.... And I don't get it
