did you ever think a lot, if not most the cards you see on the channel are sold to feed their own family? yeah they probably have an amazing collection, but at the end of the day he has a family to feed as well. its not his job to make sure everyone can have a cool collection. people are rich, people are poor, and every where in between. its how the world works bud. expecting giveaways and free stuff is being self entitled, you proved my point for me.

so let me get this straight. People who love pokemon cards and spent a ton of time collecting them are willing to just send all of their cards to people on the internet for free? Why? literally why? As if these guys have any trouble getting literally any card they ever want. Why not trade them or sell them for crazy low prices just to get a little money and help others build their collection or do giveaways in lots. Nah lets just donate all my stuff to the last people on Earth who need it.

If you look at the way the binder is assorted this is someone that gave their whole collection of cards. (With the exception of unnecessary commons/uncommons.) This is not just simply extras that this person had hanging around. You can tell by the secret/ultras at the beginning, the rares and staples in the middle, and the more recent sun and moon cards at the end. It is a binder where you can't add pages so when sun and moon came out the prior owner decided to not shift everything over and just put the sun and moon ultras at the end of the binder. (It was not meant to be a surprise at the end.) If someone is going to do this sort of thing just go to your local Pokémon league and give the cards out to people that are in need of the cards. It is a better way to contribute to the Pokémon community.

I would think giving hundreds of dollars worth of really rare Pokemon cards too people who already have most of them is not the smartest idea. There are many kids who are starting their collections that would cherish any single one of those cards. Not saying that it is possible to find each of these kids and give them a card, but maybe finding a better use for your collecting would be nice. I mean if you go to any store that sells cards and you see a kid looking at the Pokémon might as well give them one and make their day. Regardless nice vid and great collection.

+Gengar Phantom We're selfish assholes, huh? Last time I checked we are certainly NOT rich or even close to it. This channel, donations, and cards we trade for/receive/pull that we sell are enough to cover our expense and feed my family, and that's IT. I chose this path as a career for now until I can find a more long term and steady line of work that is worthwhile, then this channel will become a hobby like it was when we first started. So sorry that your life is so much better than mine and you have so much money. I USED to make a very good living until my father died out of nowhere after just starting to teach me the business, leaving the company without anyone to keep it going. I didn't CHOOSE for that to happen, so now we DEPEND on this channel. I'll find good work again someday, but at least I still treat people like human beings instead of bragging about what I have or what I can afford like you are right now. People have different things come up in life that are out of their control. We are NOT freeloaders. we do NOT expect people to give us everything. We are REBUILDING as a family and using this time to raise our son, instead of just getting some dead end job. Now do me a big favor, unsubscribe from my channel and voluntarily leave my comments section instead of harassing the viewers who actually have some decency, or I will just ban you the next time I see this kind of negativity and thoughtlessness. I kind of find it fucked how you take stuff like this from kids. I understand it's "fair" in a sense cuz you're trading him codes, but think about it. The kids young as hell, obviously his parents spent at least $1000 (yes a thousand, let's be realistic, some of the promos are from 50$ boxes) overall to get these cards. I personally find that fucked up how you take from these kids, especially how many cards you already have. You're the last person that needs more cards. Just my opinion though, i know I wouldn't be able to sleep at night if I were you. And before any of you say I'm jealous, I spend my own money on my cards, I have over 100 exs and still growing. I wouldn't think twice about giving it to a guy who gets paid by KZfaq from opening packs let alone has thousands of cards in his collection.

The guy who sent this is 21 years old and purchases his OWN cards. I know him, he's a fan of the channel, an active subscriber, and watches our Twitch streams. If you think we're rich, you're wrong. I just did my taxes for 2016 and guess what? We made NEGATIVE $10,000+ last year. Yes, I traded codes and online cards for this, but the guy who sent them doesn't play IRL, he plays strictly online. This was his way of helping us out and showing his support but still getting what he wanted. There is certainly nothing wrong with that imo.

Correct me if I'm wrong but yeah maybe the sealed stuff was sent by a 21 year old but that note to me looks like a child wrote it. And where am I stating you're rich? I was just saying that you guys open countless Pokemon products, I was just saying that you're the last people that need it because of all the stuff you open. It's like giving someone giving a millionaire 1000$- that's the last thing the man needs. Of course this is a different situation since you're giving back but a similar concept.

Yes it was, if you scroll through the comments you will see that this was sent by Kelly Mills, which I can confirm to be true, and he states his age below as well. So what if the handwriting is bad? I have awful handwriting too. I never meant to imply that YOU said we were rich, but if you look at this video in terms of money, it's like he sent a donation in a sense, except for sending money, he sent cards, and asked for something small in exchange (i.e. code cards) Basically, I just don't want anyone to think my moral compass is pointing in the wrong direction here. I am far from some of these KZfaqrs out here who scam kids, or make people feel bad for them, guilt them into doing things for them, or whatever the case may be. I'm just a father and a husband with a family of 5 trying to provide the best way I can ever since my job was taken using a hobby and game I have loved for over 18 years.
