Basically shadow puppet is trying to free bow kid from vanessa :) OK SO- Hat kid got unalived in mafia town and her soul got to subcon forest. Snatcher turned her into shadow puppet. Meanwhile, bow kid is trying to find hat kid and collect her time pieces. But in here, bow kid got cursed by vanessa.

Dude, mine is more depressing soo in au hat kid commit suicide) bow kid gets put it into asylum because mu thought she was crazy(even mu killed her) and they were supposed to be matching hair colors hat kid has purple and for bow kids was supposed to be blue, but she never got to but hat kid spirit taunts bow kid bow kid mostly sleeps to remember her old friend group basically there’s hat kid mu Timmy and her it kind of sounds similar as omori but trust me, it’s not
