Mr. Kennedy had a great story of how he won. I mean winning $30 million dollars from the lottery is a major surprise. Despite his 1 out of 292.2 million chance of winning, he beat the odds and won. I wish the best for him and his family. Hopefully, they'll use this rare gift wisely.
