If a woman/man is raped, normally that rape is reported, a rape kit is used and the victim can press charges and have the rapist arrested. There are many men in jail for rape. The real victim does not play along when the going is good and then cry rape when their sugar daddy or sugar mommy moves on to the next newer relationship. This is why many people lose credibility, when they file harassment after they have gotten what they wanted (job, promotion, etc.). When the perpetrator is not outed, he or she is allowed to commit these crimes or illegal acts freely. Often, these acts are consensual by both parties. The goal is to report these slugs ASAP and prevent them from harming or misleading others. People like this should be reported and fired for abusing and misusing power. On the other end of the spectrum, many hard working people were not giving a fair chance of advancement in companies because someone was promoted or given a job because he or she was sleeping with the top executive or manager. This is not acceptable at all.
