He's projected to be playing at the PG position with Shroeder as the backup. Would be stupid not to unless they pick up a PG but they already got Flynn as a solid 3rd. It would be stupid to play Scottie over OG, and Scottie is def not playing PF with Siakam and Boucher there. In the words of Scottie himself, "I've always been a point guard" and playmaking is def his strength.

I see your point, no diss for sure. Lamar Odom had huge games against Vince Carter, beat VC on and off the stat sheet every time they matched up against each other. Modern NBA fans have an unhealthy fetish for pure 3-point shooters. Under a modern perspective: Ray Allen and Dell Curry are somehow more godlike than Tim Duncan and David Robinson, this is so weird to me. Everybody says "Random NBA player(insert name) isn't Dame or Durant. Cool, Dame and Durant are very good!!! I'd trade Durant for a clone of Alonzo Mourning and I'd trade Dame for a clone of Rodman and my team will always be in the NBA finals. My team plays defence, hauls in rebounds, jumps into the fans for loose balls and bullies their opponents on both sides of the floor. I used Zo and Rodman purpose(they were never top10 NBA scorers), instead an of Shaq + Kobe to illustrate our point. Modern NBA fans watch too many NBA hype shows and can't think for themselves anymore, only max-contract players exist and nobody else in the league matters somehow?!?!
