The reason he didn't fly off as soon as he got the child in the first scene is due to the creepers senses of fear is like a dopamine hit. He enjoys it as well as giving the father a false sense of hope that he could catch up.

@@SomethingCinema I honestly prefer the second one cause the creeper had a bit more personality and was a bit quirky some of the acting wasn’t great but overall the film has some fun moments that stand out. If you ever wanna see a great horror film try Demons its scary because it all happens inside a movie theater

I used to like his films till years, I discovered what he was & what he did - I was disgusted & want nothing to do with his films No offense but please do not watch jeepers creepers trilogy(2001, 2003,/2017) never again because of Victor Salva. And the people in Hollywood knew what he did but welcomed him back to Hollywood to make demonized movies(1990s-2017), must get fired and banned from Hollywood. Some of you have watched true crime documentaries and have seen the disturbing cases of some convicted raptists & child molesters & murderers(also found in possession of child porn, teen porn & adult porn) who after being released from prison finishing their prison time(months & few years) returned to their old ways(continued to look for young infant girls/boys, planned to gain trust from victims & their families, abduct & commit ungodly things to the innocent). Some got caught like Harvey Weinstein (Hollywood's glorified film producer arrested for sexually abusing & harassing film actresses for years) but others got away. How is this any different from Victor Salva? If not, here:- In 1988, Salva was convicted of sexual misconduct with one of Clownhouse's underage stars who was 12 years old at the time and videotaping one of the encounters.[4] Commercial videotapes and magazines containing child pornography were also found in his home.[4] Salva pleaded guilty to lewd and lascivious conduct, oral sex with a person under 14, and procuring a child for pornography.[4][5] He was sentenced to three years in state prison, of which he served 15 months.[2] He completed his parole in 1992. Are you aware why his jeepers creepers 3 was supposed to be made & released between mid or late 2000s but didn't happened due to his criminal past coming to light? During the filming of Jeepers Creepers 3 in 2016, it had trouble production :- half the cast & film crew left film production permanently after finding out who he was and what he did. He had trouble looking for actors & actresses to replace the ones who left. Lastly, Victor Salva put a child molestation joke & the scenes in jeepers creepers 3 script. He wanted to cast 18 year old Canadian actress to play 13 year old girl sexually abused by her stepfather & the creeper's next victim. Fortunately, Canadian authorities intervened & warned Canadian actresses not to auctioned for the roles. The script was scratched. The evidence is out there and you can research it if you don't believe me Jeepers Creepers 3 was released on direct to videos instead of being released on cinemas due to public protests from people & horror fans in the opening premiere to cancel this film. It failed critically & financially. Despite what happened to JC 3, Victor Salva (delusional) wrote the script of the fourth film and plans to film it but Hollywood(greedy bastards & perverts) refused & rejected him due to his past sin, don't want another backlash & scandal & they are the ones who let him in the first place. That is why the upcoming fourth jeepers creepers reborn 2022 movie is a reboot without Victor Salva but will have references with the first 2 films - a.k.a supporting paedophile's artwork & masterpiece. This is why I am not going to watch the upcoming fourth film. Oh my God dude I thought I was alone in loving that chase scene FAR too much lol Like it’s intense, exciting, and heart pounding because you feel for them all literally darting for their lives with no real plan. At any point they could just be picked up and taken away but all they can do is run forward. Like they didn’t even know where to go. I loved it so much. And shout out to the black girl who looked like she was a track legend with those wide ass movements with her arms and legs lol She was keeping up with male basketball players and was NOT gonna be left behind 🤣🤣😅🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Something I just noticed: In the first movie, when we see the creeper's full body, his skin is grey and scaly, but his hands and feet still look fairly human. In this one, he seems to have eagle-like talons for lifting his victims into the air.

This movie takes place the same week of the first I believe. Cause the news report on the bus was talking about the church from the first movie. And if yall are wondering what happened to the other people that were running there is a deleted scene/concept art where they find a abandon military base. One of the kids falls through a trap door and comes face to face with the Creeper and the rest take off leaving him for dead.

My only problem with this movie is that it felt rushed af and left multiple things open What happened to Izzy and Rhonda after the bug truck crashed What happened to Kimball and those other unnamed students that ran away Why did Minxie get visions Why does the creeper only appear specifically every 23 years for 23 days

This was my very first Jeepers Creepers movie I first watch when I was little my mom brought me the bootleg version dvd Lol but, the movie this played very clear Jonathan Beck who plays the Creeper kill this role big time he also said in a old interview that his number one favorite part of the film was flying Sadly Jeepers creepers 3 didn’t go good at all which sucks but, the good thing is Jeepers Creepers 2 is still number 1 glad you guys reacted to this 🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇

Neat reaction, such a cool movie, heads u Jeepers Creepers 3 takes place after Part 1 but before Part 2, there is an epilogue set 23 years later tho. Don't think it will be continued as the next film Jeepers Creepers appears to be a reboot of some sort.

Probably an unpopular opinion, but to me, Jeepers Creepers 2 is better than the first movie. Part 2 has a great ensemble cast of characters that felt natural. The grieving, vengeful father, played by Ray Wise, is actually a protagonist worth rooting for. The son was good, too. This movie had way more characters with the school bus and yet it didn't feel like too many. Each one got significant dialogue and screen time, they actually made smart decisions and actually aimed at and hit the killer with their weapons. They hid on the bus when it was the right thing to do and ran away when it was time. The 2 main characters in the first movie actually sought danger and the sister was pretty useless. The characters in this sequel acted like most people would and did everything they could to survive the night. Everyone got their chance to shine and be useful.
