True the chemistry between them was so organic. Salaar dialogues were so heartfelt . How he was so caring and respectful. How he was concerned about how she feels and if there is any pain she harbors and how can heal. There was no intense physical push n pull and that was so good to see. Salaar looks so good and classy. And Hiba looked gorgeous and acted so well . They both were so comfortable with each other in the scene. They have become a favorite couple for many. There is no truth that Hiba looks good with older actors . Absolutely untrue.

I love to see salar and imaan together, they look like a compassionate couple. Yes the is no spicy and hot chemistry between them because their bond is more about respect support and trust, mostly we see more spice and spark between the couple where there is some friction but here everything is going slowly calmly and they make a great pair

JAFAA: To answer Hassan's counter question of "Why not a shaadi" as a solution, the answer is shamefully simple: CONSENT. Andaleeb does not consent to a marriage to Numair. She does not want to get married to Numair and if not for her father rushing to get her married off, she would not even have considered eloping with Moiz, in the initial episodes you have seen Andaleeb telling Moiz how they will have to wait until she finishes her studies. So if now Andaleeb is acting out, to a point of SELF HARM, the sole person responsible for it is her father. She feels entirely trapped. Her relationship is at stake and yes call her immature but for her age, she loves Moiz in a way that she understands the concept of love and it consumes her. It is important to HER. On top of that her father has been suffocating since day 1. Who doesn't allow their daughter to stay over for a sleepover at her female cousin's house? and how inappropriate it is to march into your fully grown daughter's room at night as seen in episode 3? He isn't protective, he is suffocating and rebellious children are a result of such parents. However she loved him so much and he has completely turned indifferent to her feelings, and her entire life is now decided for her, tying her to a man she doesn't even like, a man who is at least A DECADE older than her. I won't blame her when she will attempt to kill herself on her wedding night. Her father did that to her. As of what is the solution to this problem: Jamal's issue started with seeing Moiz at the terrace, he can sit Andaleeb down and ask her to not repeat these things, and to focus on her studies and warn her of the consequences otherwise (ground her for sometime like normal parents or something), and let the relationship play out if he is SO SURE it will fizzle out. But seeing how his big dreams and educational aspirations for his daughter disappeared instantly at the knowledge of her dating someone, I am forced to question if his entire problem here is related to his ego and wish to control. Because Jamal said and I quote "Tumhare haath paaon baandh kar, Numair se shaadi kara dunga tumhari." And heck no, I am not praising a parent like that just because he did not beat her up. That is not the standard, goddammit we are in 2024!

Exactly the problem is not marriage the problem is forced marriage. Shaadi is a beautiful relationship between 2 consenting adults. It's not a solution to fixing your spoiled kids. If Andaleeb is too immature to make good life choices she's too immature to get married. People who marry doctors please understand the nature of their work before marriage and decide if you can live with it or not.

If Aamna gets a "maternal" vibe from Emaan in Radd, then by that logic, shouldn't she get a "paternal" vibe from Nosherwan in Jaan Nisar? Instead she praises that chemistry and sees nothing wrong with the dynamic there. The chemistry between Salar and Emaan is mesmerizing precisely because the gender norms are essentially flipped. Emaan is the one who is stronger in all the areas we associate with masculinity such as career, finances, courage, aggression. Salaar starts off as meek and dependent, though he's coming into his own now. Emaan being his protector and motivator during this period does not make her his mother figure anymore than all the alpha male heroes becomes the father figure of the damsel heroines they save.

I waited 6 years to marry my husband. We met in college but our parents told us to wait until graduation and jobs I know a couple who happily waited 10 years to marry each other and had 2 kids together. Tragically the guy passed away few years after marriage but the lady never remarried out of loyalty. So waiting for few years is not such a crazy thing. @tubac5225 some parents give their kids all freedom and rights but reserve the right to choose the spouse for their kids. Which is one of the most important decisions thar will impact their whole life. It should be done jointly. Then when kids challenge this they feel betrayed. This is so common in our culture. And it's not right. And marriage is not a solution to bad behavior or immaturity.

Usually I find myself agreeing more with Aamna, but here completely disagree. Sheheryar and Eman plus their growing relationship is the reason this drama works and is stellar. It is a story of 2 people who are very honest and share everything about each other's past. This is a breath of fresh air in our dramas. It is beautiful and this episode was a very well shot romantic gorgeous love story without "sansani ". We are being brainwashed into believing that deep and pure love is also full of drama but that is not necessary nor possible in 2 broken people or people suffering from trauma or burden of responsibilities. This is very appropriate.

Oooooh you kidding? There is definite chemistry between Emaan and Salaar.. First, she is aware that he loves her completely and that in itself would wear down the defenses. Then she saw his nobility, and that started melting her. Tender moments where her gaze is searching his face and the glances asking "are you real?" And now having seen him at his most vulnerable and with the strength to confront problems, the cracked shell has crumbled away. Of COURSE we see it all. It's one of the most beautiful romances I've seen in years, because it feels so real and it's been subtle but palpable. He effortlessly drew her in with devotion, vulnerability, nobility, strength of character and she can't help herself fall in love because she responds to character, being a woman of integrity herself.

Even if he didn’t want Andaleeb to marry the boy , he could have waited, given her time to see how serious she remained with her class fellow. Moreover, he completely ignored the fact that Dr. Umair was not just way older than his daughter and completely different personality wise, but had a big psychological fear due to which he didn’t want kids. That is not normal , but the father paid no attention to it.

Most pakistani men change so much after marriage that it's literally mind-boggling. I even got married to a man with whom i had all those conversations, but after our marriage, he changed completely. Mostly, it's the man's parent's influence that ruins marriages. They teach their son stuff about how to control their wives, which is why our men never see wives as partners. Rather, they see them as their property. People use religion as a weapon to make their kids obey them even if they are adults with families of their own. Which is why divorce is increasing. Girls and women understand their rights as a wife and partners, but mostly, parents are living in the past.

Mrs. & Mr. Shameem: I wish to point out to Aamna that the point of this track was to give them "Hope". They ran away to wait for their death but in a clean and serene place there, they didn't get as sick and stayed alive. Something they didn't expect. Due lack of information they didn't realize that all HIV patients don't die early, some even live long and good lives with properly medication. Due to the accidental pregnancy, they educate themselves and due to the miscarriage they realize that better healthcare could have avoided many things for them, which is why they decide to go back to help other such people. PS, the scene where their house help comes back, seemingly to help them, but instead robs them and leaves a helpless Umi to die, and then informs the villagers who arrive in the morning and throw their stuff out is such a difficult track to watch. While Abdullah's acceptance of his mistake is a positive portrayal, the house help's betrayal depresses you all over again.

So Amna doesn’t find chemistry between Hiba and Sheharyar but finds it between Danish and Laiba? Hassans opinion is correct on this, as danish and labia has no sparks and the whole drama is bland. On the other hand Hiba and Sheharyar show a much better chemistry.

I agree with Amna I also dont find any chemistry between Eman & Salar despite all the romantic scenes given Shehryar looks so good even Hiba individually but toghether nooo if it was meerub murtasim in this scene they would have nailed or mahira fawad or even iqra farhan..shehryar with other actress would give more impact like Sajal but not with Hiba

Since Tere Bin, the lovey dovey scenes are far too many in most dramas. Unfortunately, most fall flat. Many dramas have come since then with couples in love and couples showcasing their love, but the chemistry that was in Tere Bin is missing. It’s like the drama makers are shoving romance down our throats in an effort to create the organic chemistry that was shown between Murtasim and Meerab.

Why is a 40 something year old boring oncologist a good option for a 21/23 year old college girl who doesn't like him or doesn't even want to marry him in Jaffa ??? Jafaa - Aanma doesn't it seem a bit unrealistic that a 23-year-old Andaleeb would be so eager to just run away from home (Jumping) without any real hesitation or sadness about it, even if the situation isn't great. (and you calling it naive? really?) These days, even younger folks tend to have a bit more awareness and complexity of thought when it comes to big life decisions like that. Sehar's acting also seems a bit off. Nothing great . I get that you're a fan of the actors, but it's important to still be able to critique the writing and character development & actor. Just because we enjoy certain performers doesn't mean we must defend them blindly. you unnecessarily point out things that aren't even actually bad about the other dramas and actors.. Please be fair in your reviews.

I partially agree with Aamna. The thing is between hiba and sheheryar there exists a softer camaraderie, not the fiery interaction that was there between yumna and wahaj. The former is driven by affection, and the latter was driven by passion. And that is why in scenes where there is supposed to be a display of passion, they do fall somewhat short. It comes across as a little bleh compared to other scenes where affection was the central point, like where imaan was combing salaar's hair when he was injured. Having said that, as Hassan said, not everything can be compared to TB because wahaj and yumna share that comfort and understanding off screen as well, that translated to their on-screen respective persona as well, making it at least a bit easier for them. Hiba and sheheryar, I don't know if they share the same camaraderie off screen. P.S- between Danish-Hiba and Sheheryar-Hiba, I'd go for the second duo though.

Emaan and Zain's chemistry is more potent than Salaar and Emaan's because Emaan truly loves Zain and appears to have never moved on from him. That is why you don't feel a connection between Salaar and Emaan. When you watch them on TV, you can tell she is caring for Salar and assisting him in overcoming his anxieties and traumas, but she does not love him as much as she does Zain. Even Emaan's confession was so forced.

Radd: I agree with Amna but I also don’t think there’s a real spark in Jaan Nisar either. I feel like Hiba can’t portray that kind of love in her expressions. She seems like she’s a great daughter, a great sister, a great coworker, a great friend but I don’t feel that kind of love coming from her to her ‘husband’ on either drama. (I’ve only see these 2 dramas of hers so I’m only judging these.) In Radd and in Jaan Nisar I can feel and sense the love from her ‘husband’ to her but not from her to her husband. (If that makes any sense 😢)
