My short subjective review: 'Sometimes I Think About Dying' isn't necessarily intense. But its portrayal of how PDD/MDD manifests is quite accurate. They've done an amazing job at depicting the anxious behaviors one goes through in certain situations and it makes for a very relatable movie. This one also used a non traditional aspect ratio, although I don't think it was exactly Academy Ratio like Perfect Days or Fremont, but it was pretty close. The cinematography and sound engineering as a whole was quite well done too.

From the thumbnail to the trailer, it's really giving off "I'm Thinking of Ending Things", but less creepy. Does seem like my cup of 🍵.
