Hi Friends,
How is everyone doing? Isn't it crazy that we are in December and 2022 is almost over? I still can't really believe it! This year has come with so many surprises and I feel this month will be the busiest of the year. I want to take you with on my trip to New York City. We planned not one but two events; our Holiday Nekohama Pop Up and my very first SoulSyncbody mini event!
I truly enjoy everyday what I am doing and all of you play a big part of this. Meeting some of you at the pop ups fills my heart with so much joy. But I also want to share something with you. I feel I have been open with all you on KZfaq but I think I have never felt this vulnerable. The highs also come with the lows and life isn't always in control like you want it. I guess I am feeling more and more comfortable to share this with you as well as I think it's important to talk about our mental health.
I have to be honest, I felt so much better after talking to you and my camera. It almost felt a weight came off my shoulder and I realized whatever I was holding onto. Thankyou for being my support, and thankyou for being my inspiration whenever I need it.
I hope you enjoy the vlog! And make sure the stay warm and healthy this winter. It's important to take care of yourself and to stay immune to any colds and flus!

I don't know if this would be helpful but I've felt exactly like this before and my husband encouraged me to get offline and start doing things outside. In the last three years I've taught myself how to grow a garden. Each year I make it even better than the year before. The anxieties I felt are completely gone and it's become so satisfying to be able to grow my own food and flowers. Not to mention the benefit of my kids enjoying the hobby as well. I don't think we were created to be inside all the time. I hope my experience can help someone out there.

I think it’s important to acknowledge and tell ourselves that it is totally fine and natural to feel anxious and overwhelmed. I also had those moments especially when there were so much things that had to be done. Personally crying all those emotions out helped me to regain strength. Plus, I really think you’re a incredible person👍

I am also going through the sane thing now. Travelling alone and sometimes I see there is nobody around to ask for help, and all you need is just a warm hug, but again no person to hug. It happens to everybody. And that’s totally normal

I love to see people with platforms normalize mental health challenges. When we voice our struggles they become less heavy and in this acknowledgment we can hear what we need (to connect, rest, make changes, etc).

MOST of the time, you really embrace your WonderWoman but you’re a very sensitive and kind person ❤ Please allow yourself to enjoy all of your characteristics! I wish there could be more collective processing of the grief, sadness, anxiety, and difficulties that we have all been through lately, especially this year. The sad thing is that we are in control of our own schedules. So, when anxiety hits, I ask myself: "what did I do and how can I make it easier for me?" My anxiety was hitting at 3 am. My heart was racing, I was afraid, and I was drenched in sweat. I did some deep breathing, talked to myself and prayed. It took a long time to calm down. I went back to meditating before I go to bed and expressing gratitude for the day. It's good to let things out. Remember that "the inner creates the outer." If you are thinking crappy thoughts, that's how you will end up feeling. Always be kind to yourself because you deserve it.

Someone told me recently to feel then let go and repeat if we still need to. It does help instead of sweeping our feelings under the rug. Thank you for sharing anxiety challenges especially during the holiday season. This week I decided I could press the pause button, the relax button or the stop button depending upon my needs and timing of each. Our mental health is just as important as physical, emotional and spiritual.

Dear Sanne, You always seem to me like such a beautiful and positive person, please be kind to yourself. As human beings, we experience all kinds of emotions, yet for some reason, often society only wants us to show the “positive” emotions and not the “negative” ones. This is wrong. We need to have the freedom to experience whatever we do, whenever it happens. I, too, struggle with waves of anxiety, and I can understand how you feel. What helps me most when it happens is not to fight it. I accept it, embrace it and tell myself that it’s not permanent, and this will go away. It gives me some comfort. Thank you for sharing this and for allowing yourself to be vulnerable. ❤

Gosh it's so comforting to know one as lovely successful and young should have those type of days and how honest that you documented it so frankly. I've been having those moments due to bereavement overwhelming life changes and sickness. and lack of fitness through illness. So we all have something in common even plump older young at heart ladies and models! Ccx

I feel like this topic is not talked about enough; but caffeinated products are really bad for people who suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. I would highly recommend to drink less coffee/tea/matcha to prevent anxiousness ❤

Sanna, you probably know a lot about nutrition, here are some specific nutrients that will help with anxiety: Omega 3 (high in EPA), fermented foods, vitamin D (esp, in winter, you need more), Vitamin B1, B6, A, C, E, Magnesium (most of us are deficient), herbs: passion flower and chamomile I hope this will help you some 😊

You are lucky, i have 3 broken limbs and cannot walk or use my hands for the next little while. I would like to be you right now and be able to see the world, the outdoors, the outside of the bedroom. Sometimes we take for granted the daily things we get to do until its gone. This is so relatable! Thank you for being vulnerable. I get overwhelmed super super easy. I’m very sensitive and get overstimulated. I travel constantly as well. Trying to balance everything is so hard. But you are such an inspiration to me! You handle everything with grace. You got this 💕

Hey Sanne, I felt the same as you weeks ago, fear or anxiety just suddenly become so overwhelming because there is a sudden increase in workload in my schedule. And just like what you said we need to accept that emotion, cry out if it makes you feel better and really need to tell yourself that you can make it❤i got you✨

You are the real Wonder Woman without a doubt, you get everything done, you make time for everyone, and you are so selfless. Just keep breathing like you said. My grandpa tells me to write out my troubles and then rumple the paper and throw it on the ground so that I don't carry it on my shoulders, I feel that it would be worth a shot for you to try being that you are overwhelmed. Thanks for sharing Sanne.. I am a person who always tries to do as much as I can. Sometimes this is what brings me forward and sometimes it is the reason why I am getting stuck. Seeing you also going through this situations really helped to remind myself that we are all just humans even if we try to be more like productive robots all the time. Sometimes after all the cry I often realise the biggest potion of my sadness is actually coming from girl's period. Hormone swings affect so much that it's becoming a routine that I recognize every now and then. After actually acknowledge that, I feel a lot better.

I think it's important that we allow ourselves to feel stressed, angry, dissatisfied etc... and share it with the world. I feel like lately there's this new kind of "toxic positivity" where everything is okay, we always have to wear the best smile on our faces and tell others that everything is always okay. Guess what'? It's not like that, we didn't always wake up all happy and positive and no matter how much one tries to face the day (or life) in the best way, these moments exist and I think we shouldn't ignore them. I am personally going through a moment of total uncertainty in my life. I feel anxious and stressed all the time and don't know what to do. Nothing goes as it should and I wish it would pass quickly but pretending that everything is fine is impossible. So, thank you for sharing your vulnerable moment because you're not alone 💚

Yes! Overwhelm, taking too much on because at the time you are feeling good and think I can do this! Then the actual doing it can be overwhelming. I had that last week, still recovering but we got this!! Sleep sleep sleep over everything ❤

Love you. I get anxious like that when I overwhelm myself with many things to do also. It is not a fun feeling. I hope that you get a chance to rest for a bit soon after your modeling gig and trip to Holland, and get to take extra care of yourself. Happy Holidays, Sanne!!! Fitness helps me in many ways including depression so hope you don't mind engaging once in awhile and answering questions rather than just short responses always truly helpful and uplifting. I continue to make progress so glad to keep you updated. Still new to your channel as well. What are you most proud of with your fitness growth so far? It's sad when channels are disconnected from their audience when I honestly believe the extra communication can sometimes brighten your spirits just my opinion though wish more channels would realize that it goes a long way to help someone. Please don't overdo and especially don't be a perfectionist. It will burn you out. Relax and find time for yourself. Don't ever feel guilty when pampering yourself or having a lazy day.

We are not alone! I feel the same when I soooo busy, with so much to do like “it’s mandatory”. Sometimes I play crazy to avoid been crazy about anxiety 🤣🤣🤣 Deep breath Saneeee! Stay wt God😘 Brazilian hugs and kisses🇧🇷

So much support for u, I have travel anxiety that’s gotten worse over the years too and it can be sooooo damn frustrating. You’re a superhero to us on your good days and bad days :) I hope u got to explore Raleigh a little bit - that’s where I’m from and it’s a much chiller city (next time you’re there try Dose Yoga - it’s an amazing wellness space and yoga spot, plus they have great healthy toasts and smoothies!) lots of love!!

Caffeine can be linked to increased anxiety - even from lower caffeine choices like matcha. Try to go decaf when you're feeling this way.
