Hello Phillips...i bought one of these, and it says in the instruction book, that i can set it to radio.....I have the HF3653 model, and i cant figure out how to do it ?

Hello Jonathan, thank you for your question regarding changing of time in Philips Wakeup light. to change the timing press the settings icon to open the settings menu. In the settings menu, you can adjust the clock time, the display settings and the alarm settings. Press the clock icon to open the time menu. In this menu you can change the time by pressing + or - Press the time notation icon to toggle between the 12-hour clock and 24-hour clock. Hello i got i question about the product. I am not sure if you are able to speak dutch so i am going to keep it in english. - when i go to the philips website i see that yoh sell 6 diffrent somneo wake-up-lights. And they all look identical. So i was wondering if you could tell me what the diffrence is between those 6 models. - i have seeen on reviews that the sound quality could be better. I saw thay there is a AUX port. So i was wondering if it is possible to connect a speaker to it with an AUX cable? To improve sound quality.

For the aux port, this is meant to use the Wake-up light as a speaker, and not to connect a speaker to the wake-up light. Hi! I was wondering, how do you reset or switch wifi connection settings? A while back I got a new wireless router and since then I haven't been able to use the app. I tried a couple of times, gave up and started getting used to manually setting things up, but it would be great to be able to go back to using the app.

@@PhilipsHC Hi! I'm terribly sorry for the delay inmy reply. The router is at the same distance as the previous router was when setting up the WUL, and without obstructions in the way. I don't think that's the problem. I've asked my SO to reinstall the app but so far she hasn't. I'll get back to you when this has been tried. Thank you for your speedy reply and willingness to help.

Just purchased this online. but i do not have wifi and use mobile data only for internet. can i use hotspot to connect with the app? thnks .. will appreciate your response

@PhilipsHC I bought my device in USA and after using it for about 2 weeks my device is no longer connecting to my smartphone. my wifi is same as before and the phone is still connected. Can you help?

@@PhilipsHC we just got one for Christmas and out of the box the first instruction is “press the start icon” and the touch screen doesn’t work.

I think I need to reset my light to reconnect to app. How do I go about doing that?

THank you for reaching out to us, Jim. It sounds like you might need to reset your Wake-Up Light to reconnect it to the app. Depending on your model, turning it on might require pressing a light button or even a radio button. Make sure to press the button briefly and gently, as pressing too hard or too long can cause it not to respond. If that doesn't work, try resetting your SmartSleep Sleep & Wake-Up Light by inserting a pin into the reset button on the back of the device.
