I can imagine a boss battle to this. Someone of royalty long forgotten, and their memories altered to dark thoughts. The fight against them is sad, aggravating, sympathetic, and heartbreaking. Like fighting a best friend you’ve long forgotten. Or a loved one so dear to you, that you wouldn’t recognize them no longer. In the end… You regret it all. Wishing you could take it back.

There are two crossover fanfics between this saga and "OUAT" (I'm surprised there aren't like hundreds of them). Sora, Kairie and Riku's story was that Kairie was the princess of a kingdom in the Enchanted Forest that swore to protect the world of light, Sora was her Keyblade knight, and Riku was simply a knight. The Dark Curse separated the three of them and made Sora and Riku enemies, Kairie's fate kinda unknown. Why am I talking about this ? Ever since I read them and played "Nirvana Initiative", I have been thinking. What if the worlds'saga is meant to suffer a complete reset "Dark Curse" style ? For a new world to be born ? I guess, like Kirari and Yumeko from "Kagegurui", I want to see the universe come to its flashy end, to see its rebirth and what comes out of it. Actually...I don't think this is something recent. Ever since the first game, when Ansem talked about death, that I could only wonder how this universe's hidden side is ? What lies beyond lign and darkness ? What happens when the light separating them evaporates ? What is left ? Will the dead rise ? Will people be reborn ? The possibilities are endless. And all it takes is someone to perform the heart surgery without being manipulated by neither the power nor the characters.

I see Noct right there and there is no denying Noct is gonna be in the next game and this is honestly awesome I love the mix of both of these songs dude I’m excited legit excited like I noticed Noct right away and my dude I’m like thinking a million scenarios of what’s to come lol 😂

THE FOLLOWING COMMENTARY IS A CRITIQUE OF THE FEATURED WORK. PLEASE DISREGARD IF SUCH NOT INTERESTED IN INDULGING IN SAID CRITICISM. I wasn't all that impressed with this, to be perfectly honest. I can definitely hear the effort that was put in to this I give its due applause. However, the transitions between the Vector To The Heavens and Somnus parts felt a bit heavy-handed to me to where it was emersion-breaking. The audio pertaining to the Somnus parts were clearly taken from a trailer and not the official OST from the actual Somnus track, as given away by the sound effects featured in respective segments. I would strongly encourage revision of this as I think one would do this work justice. I think makes a great foundational rendition and it is because of this is why I absolutely believe there is potential for this to be something truly masterful. :)

I feel like the mixing around 4:30 is a bit dodgy, but if someone can make a proper remix then this would genuinely be really cool!

First of all great mix of the songs they blend really well however there’s just one problem. At 5:41 the song takes a drastic change where it becomes this big battle which in my opinion throws off the song as the pace was completely derailed and made it sound a bit awkward. In my opinion you should just kept going with Xion’s theme and not go off rails so that the song would’ve stayed consistent. However, besides that small section the song was genuinely great, keep up the great work.
