He indeed was. :) He recorded keyboards for Ecliptica and Winterheart's Guild albums and as you can see, played keyboards live on early years. :)

El telón de "Perkele" no era ninguna banda. Era un telón permanente que tenía la sala de conciertos en cuestión, Tavastia, si no recuerdo mal. Otros pequeños apuntes, "perkele" no solo refiere al nombre propio del padre de Satán, sino que en el finés coloquial sería como el "joder" en castellano o el "fuck" en inglés. Y finalmente, el nombre anterior de Sonata Arctica fue Tricky Beans ^^ Saludetes : )

@mags319 My mistake . . . on relisten - I can hear Tony's early voice singing and see him on keys. They're so un-polished back then, it's hard to tell. But awesome this vid is up here!!!

Tony no podría mantener los tonos altos, de seguro por estar preocupado del teclado también. Menos mal pudo centrarse posteriormente en el canto. Sino nunca habríamos disfrutado a una de las mejores voces del Power Metal.

Man, talk about humble beginnings. I really wish I could have seen THIS Sonata Arctica live. I guess we have to just settle for the garbage they put out and their disappointing lineup.

@@Archean some say after winter and some (Like me and Many others) say it was after reckoning night. For mi reckoning was amazong album, it kept that early soul. Anyway, we all know after UNiA all was thick and dull shit

Terrible el perkele de fondo (satanás en Finlandés). Debe ser de la banda anterior o la próxima porque hasta donde se ellos nunca se llamaron así. Ah, y en un video de estos (no me acuerdo cuál) se lo ve a Mikko Harkin haciendo de cameraman. Arrancó de abajo el pibe jajaja. PD: si tenés Mikko Harkin de tag, sacalo porque acá no estaba todavía él. =P Saludos.
