I agree, glad you enjoyed. You can find more of Sor's works on KZfaq, if you liked this I'm sure you'll enjoy any of his pieces.

The performance is of Bulgarian guitarist Simeon Simov

C’mon, man. Those nails are the Japanese “trademark”. Has to be the Man whose name starts with “Yama” and ends with “shita”. If it’s really mr. Simov, then good for him, he could be a stunt double))

Best interpretation so far. Kudos. I would start trills on 8:59 and 11:41 with upper note (as indicated in the original score).

Although Lawrence Johnson plays a rendition of Op 22 with equal virtuosity, he clearly plays some of the passages with different interpretation and this is not him. I highly recommend anyone interested in hearing the complete catalog of Sor's music should google Johnson's website. That being said, wish I knew who played this one.

Sorry Ivor, I have no idea who the artist performing is. I merely took this piece that was posted by someone else in 4 pieces and put them together into a single video. It may be Lawrence Johnson, for I know he has recorded much of Sor's works.

That sound is impossible to mistake, but maybe if i write the name they will take the video down. Anyway, thanks! i was searching for this recording since maybe 6 years.
