Aweosme video. Love the playing brother. I found your video to get an idea of what this pedal sounded like. I turned 50 this year and decided after almost twenty years of not playing, it's time to get back on the strings. Picked up a budget Epiphone Lea Paul Special 2 today.. And now after tour video I've found my new pedal. Thanks for the info. Yiu got yourself a new subscriber too.

Hey, man. Thanks. I’m glad the video helped to get the pedal… as you probably noticed in the video, I had lits of fun plying with it and it inspired me to come up with those tracks… what I think it’s the point of buying gear, inspiring you to explore new sounds. And welcome back to the guitar world. I know exactly how it feels as I had a 10 years hiatus from guitar that ended couple of years ago. It’s just so good to be back lol and thanks for subscribing, that helps a ton 🙏

I have this. It came with a Ibanez Mikro and little amp. My has the sloppiest low end. Like really loose and muddy. It dosent sound like yours at all. Great and Thorough review!

Hey Mcfly, thanks for watching and commenting… I’m sorry to hear your has a muddy low end. I shoot it out with a real RAT and yes, the low ends are not it’s best… but not to that point… you can use an EQ to help… other thing to consider is that I double tracked the demo… and also I use a couple of different guitars with different pickups… the EMGs 81 was the most performant ones for my ears… love to see a video of you using yours…

I have this same pedal. I got it from reverb, as the guy I got it from sent it when I purchased his Peavey Raptor. It works for me no problem. Also I really dig your Marshall’s man 🤘
@dektrimusic Жыл бұрын
Hey, man. Thanks. How do you like that pedal? For the price I think it’s pretty decent. The Marshalls were those things I wanted so badly when I was younger and by the tone I have no means to have. Nothing like the time to fix some things lol have a nice day… and please if it’s not the case, consider subscribe to help the channel 🤘

Hi, I recently switched from nux Plexi Crunch to Holy War pedal, very pleased with it. I tried a black rat, I was not impressed by it's distortion volume or tone, it went straight back to eBay, if you like distortion then the Holy war should be the Ur starting point, or it should be in Ur collection.

Hey Old Man, thanks for watching and commenting. Just watched some reviews on several Holy Wars out there. Sounds good, thanks for your advice, I'll try to grab one soon enough. Have a great day.

Problem is, I can’t hear your guitar that good with all the other stuff playing. I need to hear it by itself.
@dektrimusic7 ай бұрын
Hey, thanks for watching and commenting. After each demo there is the guitar isolated, so you can hear both isolated and in a context of a song. You can use the timestamps, for instance 5:35 Cheers and have a great Sunday 👊🤘

@@dektrimusicHi, the hi boost boosts the 5k zone and sounds awesome, I then use a 18db 4k boost EQ pedal after and with the other boost sounds mega. I would say the best guitar sound I have heard.

How can i start it?
@safwan5464 Жыл бұрын
Does it need a battery?
@dektrimusic Жыл бұрын
@@safwan5464 those small pedals doesn’t have space for 9v battery. You’ll need a 9v power supply.
@dektrimusic Жыл бұрын
@@safwan5464 In my case a use a Donner DP-2 Power Supply… to power up several pedals at the same time
