Urijah IS a champion in my opinion. The WEC title was basically the world championship belt in the bantamweight and featherweight divisions at that time.

Ivd only be following a couple years of ufc but the impression I got from Urijah was that he had won the belt at one point. So now I know.

@@joelmorrison1128 He had 4 successful defenses of the 145 pound title before losing to Mike Brown by 1st round KO. Then Aldo beat Brown for the title, and after he had 3 defenses. The UFC/Zuffa bought the WEC and Aldo was given the UFC title before he even fought. Like Ronda from Strikeforce That’s the general summary. Keep watching MMA and you’ll learn the incredibly rich history of the sport

Ever since this fight was first announced I've been rooting for Sandhagen to win because I've always loved his fighting style and mindset. I didn't know much about Song Yadong before this video and now I'm torn because I don't want either of them to lose. Song's story is wholesome and triumphant enough to be in a movie and I love how genuine his relationship with Urijah. I wish them both the best of luck 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
