Thấy em thu hoạch cải ,muối cải tôi lại nhớ lại kỉ niệm tuổi thơ.quê tôi khi tết gần về, người ta trồng cải ,thu hoạch cải làm dưa ăn với thịt kho tàu.Cải thu hoạch xong ,rữa sạch ,phơi nắng cho héo ,xong trụn qua nước xôi , xếp vào hủ sành, quậy nước muối ,miếng đường thùng vào , khoảng 7 ngày là dùng được ,nó chua ăn không hết đem ra phơi dùng để nấu sườn ,kho thịt rất ngon.Cám ơn em đã gợi lại cho tôi nét quê xưa
