Marcelito was born with the ability to sing in soprano, tenor and baritone ranges and has never had any voice training. Completely self taught. He's also singing in both English and Italian...neither one is his native language. His version of Con te Partiro on Amerca's got talent is mind blowing. Glad you enjoyed him.

Hi Matt. New Sub. This will be a bit long, but I hope you will appreciate some insight into this unusual talent. Great response to what you were seeing and hearing. Professional AND appreciative. Two personalities, Celine Dion & Andrea Bocelli, female and male sounds precisely executed, in two languages - neither one his native language. I have made this comment before but would like to share it with you. I have a theory: Marcelito, is, of course, gifted with an unbelievably beautiful voice, but it is his BRAIN that can MEMORIZE exactly what he HEARS and his marvelous voice allows him to recreate it PRECISELY, even female voices, minute inflections in other singer's voices, and in accurate pronunciation of foreign languages. This is unprecedented. I believe it be genetic . . . or, more accurately, a gift from God. He does that strange thing with his mouth after the song because the Sound Engineers were teasing him about having a 'female voice' so he was 'removing' it. Marcelito is humble with a great sense of humor and a charming stage presence. Well, enough - I thought you might enjoy some insight into this gifted singer. Cheers.

can I suggest another amazing talent from The Philippines called 4th Impact. They are 4 sisters with amazing harmonies. They auditioned for X Factor UK 2015 ( finished 5th --beaten by a home town girl) and that audition video has almost 184 million views and still climbing. They have many covers and a few original songs and are currently working on an album of original songs ( note : they are looking for more original songs to record).
