Hello, thanks for this detailed and great reaction. Rush hour is the title track of No Limit mini album by Monsta X. This song was composed, produced and arranged by the main rapper Joohoney. This man is super talented and all rounder. If you liked Rush Hour you’ll love Love song composed and produced by the same man. You won’t believe both songs come from the same person. Lyrics, composer, arranger and producer of this song is a rapper with red hair, Joohoney. If you don’t know now you know ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Rapper with black hair - I.M aka Changkyun wrote his rap verse here. At the very beginning adlib after “Eat this” and before rap verse, it was Joohoney shout “I.M!” I.M is a pseudonym of Changkyun (rapper with black hair) If you are interested, you can watch the video that was shot while recording the song with producer Joohoney. He’s in love with his job. Joohoney wrote many songs for Monsta X, for his solo activities s and for other groups and artists. He is in the top 10 idols with the largest number of song copyrights. Hyungwon (tall guy with black and blue hair) started writing for Monsta in 2020. He also starts writing for the solo activities of Monsta X’s main vocalist Kihyun and for other groups. Changkyun (I.M) wrote many songs for Monsta X and for his solo activities. I recommend videos that film the production process of Joohoney and Hyungwon. thanks for this reaction. Monsta X make a lot of their own music which is not common in Kpop. the one who started the song is Joohoney and his the lead lyricist, composer/producer and arranger. fun fact: when the second guy with the orange hair (Kihyun) starts singing you can hear Joohoney beatboxing in the background.

Yes Monsta X! They have a pretty diverse discography, and their title tracks are all very good. MX is great at mixing spicy rap with sweet vocals (Kihyun, the main vocal, is usually responsible for the high, bright ad libs and runs; Minhyuk (Come oooon run in this song) has a little bit of a rasp and slightly lower tone). For their English releases, it’s more ready-for-radio pop, so they all sing. I recommend the live version of Secrets, and Middle of the Night. Love the breakdown!

Funny thing also, Joohoney actually beatboxed some of the sounds in the song. It comes throughout the song, for example at 00.53-1.02 😊 thanks for your reaction!
