it's interesting to think that sonic has literally grown

Just realized that Sonic's been alone for quite literally his entire life.

Sonic has been through way too much, good and bad. He needs a break, more than all of us.

Having a series where sonic slowly ages into an adult actually sounds like a cool idea.

I love how often Tails shows up, he’s really been there with Sonic for a while now and probably will continue to as long as the series goes on.

"His story only ends, when he stops running..." But as long as we run with him, he will run forever. We are the chaos emeralds he needs to be super.

Here on year 32! Been a Sonic fan for about a year now! I have to say, the franchise has grown and changed. I couldn't be prouder of Sonic. May he continue to touch hearts and grow for generations to come! No pun intended.

I only ever truly started at generations, yet it feels like I've been with this series from the start. Sonic The Hedgehog, through it's ups and downs, is a fantastic franchise, and I hope that statement never becomes false

Growing up with a Sega Dreamcast, this hits hard. When I was 8, I had my first experience with this blue hedgehog. It was Sonic Adventure. An amazing experience for me at the time. Still an incredible game to this day. Then you have the sequel to sonic adventure. I think we had a GameCube by that point, so we got Sonic Adventure 2 Battle that holiday season! Improving on the core mode of the game with a competition mode, it was amazing. We didn’t get Sonic Heroes, or Shadow The Hedgehog. Now, I’m very happy about that, but back then, I actually really wanted the little game! What we did get was a copy of Sonic Advance. So excited to play one of- no, my favorite video game character’s games on the go. I took a break from getting some sonic games for a while, and. then Sonic Unleashed came out. And that was where my childhood experience with the blue blur stops. Of course I still play Sonic to this day, but… Thanks Sega, for making some awesome games with the hedgehog!

The year was 1991. I had a Sega genesis and a Sonic 1 cartridge. I slide it in and turn on the console press start and hear Green Hill Zone music for the first time ever. Looking back on all of it now it hits different than it did back then. Sonic has grown since the days of SATAM and AoSTH and even managed to make Robotnik into a pingas meme. Glad to have lived through Sonics entire life. Sega before Sonic I remember a different short lived mascot.

This is made even more impressive by the fact that instead of just including a bunch of screenshots and still images from the games and just photoshopping the characters in front of them you instead actually include a bunch of well-drawn scenes from the game and the characters themselves.

Sometimes i wish i could've been born earlier, atleast in 1995-2006, i bet it was awesome to be living through the sucess of Sonic The Hedgehog. It honestly hurts me when i think too much about it, but who knows, maybe the adventures of Sonic aren't stopping anytime soon, and the franchise hasn't died a bit. Although, like many people here, despise not being there in the old adventures, this Franchise changed my life, it still is changing my life, and i'll enjoy every single second of it while it lasts. Today, my favorite character is Tails and the obsession i got for him brought me at some stupid, even funny points, maybe even crazy points. Like wishing it was all real. I'll always love this Franchise, and i'll never stop being a fan of Tails and Sonic. If it happens, atleast i'll remember all the great moments and years i had eith the franchise until my last breath. I have too much things to explain, so i won't explain everything. Who knows, maybe one day i can go back to this comment and write 5 pages of explaining. There's still hope.

DAMN it's been a HOT MINUTE since sonic was born, I truly never knew I was a sonic fan for 10 YEARS, and yet I still support it and this video being honest about it encourages the support! TYSM for making this video, I think I needed this and other people may have needed this along with me. :)

When you realize though Knuckles and Shadow are considered his rivals, Amy his honey, and Robotnik his nemesis... only Tails has truly been there for him. Also that his legs have progressively gotten longer with each game.

as someone who's been a fan of sonic for awhile now, this hits harder, knowing just how much our favorite blue hedgehog and his friends have grown and changed, and we know he'll keep getting older, he was there for alot of our childhoods, our teens, and now our adult years, i didnt get into his games until i was about 12 years old, for me, its been 9 years, and im glad to see just how far the series has come, im sure everyone else is too, some games may not have been good, and others great, but im sure we'll have alot more good than bad

I’ve only discovered sonic about half a decade ago. Decided to play it, and really enjoyed it. Then I decided to play some of the other games, and I felt that it’s a special franchise too, like up there with Mario and Pac-Man. And while I may have not played it as a child, it definitely was a great franchise to grow with while I was a teen.

Damnit the feels. My my, Sonic you grew up fast. This is beautiful, simple but effective!

Dang, this hits hard, as a kid I got the classic collection on my DS and I still have it. Now I’ve played a good few sonic games and this video just ‘opens your heart’. I’m glad I was here for this game to ‘reach for the stars’ and honestly I can’t wait to see what it’s future will be like. There’s nearly ‘endless possibilities’. Either way, I can’t wait to see how sonic and ‘his world’s’ adventures continue. I hope sonic continues to grow and ‘live and learn’
