It honestly reminds me of skyscraper scamper more than city escape. Just doesn’t quite capture the right aesthetic or vibe

The city escape level is honestly horrendous, they should’ve just ported the original level. This version is incredibly bland. There’s nothing eye catching about the level and it’s just not reminiscent of the original level.

@@PKNproductions the stage layout is literally everything bad about sonic games Lmao it’s literally bottomless pits every five seconds rather than giving you an actual parkour-esque feel like the original level strived for. The original level was meant to be fluid and fast paced. This layout is way too broken up and choppy. It’s just not good unfortunately

Okay, that Metal Harbor arguably looked more fun than the original, and that's coming from someone who likes Metal Harbor

I definitely agree! However, it’s not very stable when it comes to the automatic loops as if you don’t go towards the right angle before you enter the automatic section of the loop, you could stuck in place which gets very annoying and having to restart as there’s no way out. And was arguably the hardest stage to record for the video. But overall, still had fun and loved the new sections added!

@@Sonic_Beyond I had to skip the loops entirely to even finish the stage, it shows the lack of polish on this stage, and the worst part is had it worked as intended it would probably be one of my favorites.

Man the running animations seem very unpolished/unfinished. At least if they were a bit faster You would get a better sense of Sonic's and Shadow's speed. But the wanky animation makes them seem way slower than they really are.
