It's a little late reviewing this but better late than never!
Sonic Dream Team is a mobile game that really shines in many aspects, here's my review about the game!

Frontiers was the proof that Sonic can have the epicest and deepest stories ever. Dream Team was the proof that Sonic can have simple but good and interesting stories! And that's the 2nd game that showed that the current voice casting just needed a better direction (except for Rouge and Cream) and good writers to allow them to be good in acting! And seriously, the idea of Eggman capturing a pure-hearted being to use a device that makes dreams come true only for pure-hearted beings, is a really creative idea! I can imagine a story similar to this but Eggman uses Sonic instead of Cream, it would be even more hype! The musics may sound simple alone, but if you make all acts of any level in one music, it could be incredible! I know someone that did that and the musics sounded more incredible! And yeah, the final boss and main theme are the best musics of the game!

Well since I can't tell you what I thought of the gameplay, I can tell you what I thought about the story itself. I liked the voices for most of the characters, keyword mostly. I didn't care for the voices for the exclusive characters in the game, that being Rogue, Cream and Ariem. I understand the direction they going for the characters, but those voices coming out of those faces doesn't feel right. No offense to the VAs of course, it's just that I feel like it could've been better. Now onto the story itself, and... it's trash. A lot of times, they bring up things that aren't even relevant to the situation. On top of that, the ending sucks. It's like the direction of the story was being dragged all over the place. Anyways, that's my take on what I thought of the story of this game. What did you guys think of the story? Let me know!

…..why did you call Rouge, Cream, and Ariem exclusive and don’t say that they’ve never appeared before or it’s a spin off game; Rouge and Cream have both appeared multiple times in both mainline titles and spin off titles

Your critics towards the story are ridiculous and come out of nowhere, it sounds like you just use random words to criticize it in some way. How is the story irrelevant? The story is so simple that I don't even know what did you call "irrelevant"! The story follows its pace softly and simply! This is simple, Sonic's friends are just trapped in the Dream world and are freed the one after the other, and as Ariem is the Guardian of this world, they must keep Eggman from taking her power, that's simple! At what moment the story gets out of this goal?! Your arguments are so rotten!
