This video is on the new user-creative game maker, Dreams. It is NOT about the fan game, Sonic Dreams, that of which contains things that are bad and weird such as Big the Cat, and tickling. That isn't cool, but Dreams is subjectively very cool, depending on your hair color.

I was having ptsd for a second because I thought this was sonic dreams collection but now that I see that this is that dream game thing I’m perfectly fine and no longer having a mental breakdown.
