Seeing all of Cream's friends trying to kill her is heartbreaking because she just wants the best for everyone in the world. But in this timeline, Tails, Knuckles, Robotnik, Amy, and Sally are all dead and are out to get her to appease Exeller's hunger for death. Truly heartbreaking.

Yeah, and while some people say this game loves kicking Tails down to the ground, I think Cream has it worse: No matter what ending you get, her mother Vanilla and her pet Chao, Cheese, are killed. Not to mention that the new friend (who becomes an enemy in some of the endings) she makes, Tails Doll, is taken from her too! Even Exeller shows regret for doing this to Cream (she reminds him of Exeller in his youth as a curious and innocent individual), but...the prophecy is the prophecy and Exeller can't let anyone or anything impede his goals.

@@marioman3142 Yeah, most endings with Cream (or any character for that matter) don't end well since she either: dies during her levels or in endings involving her. I think the most gruesome ones are spindashing into the spike trap and getting eaten by Tails in their Duo Ending. Normally I'd say Exebark, but Tails is so unexpected and when Exebark eats her, he just tears her head off which while violent, is a quick death. Who knows what Cream was going through when Tails unknowingly devoured her? Was she asleep/unconscious? Was she awake during the whole thing and kept pleading with Tails to stop?

I think Prince Dail's theme fits well for the situation Cream is in at this time; with the normal instruments reflecting her movement for freedom, and the violin reflecting on her friends having became corrupted by Exeller.

The is one thing that could have made this time line cooler. When Cream reaches the master emerald, she is confronted by exeller. In this time line, exeller is content with the result and sees no need to turn back time. He will not let cream reverse time. Cream understands that she must use the master emerald to reset the timeline, and in order to do so, she must face exeller. Alice is on her way, but cream needs to survive. Exeller uses the super chaos emeralds to create temporary invincibility. In exeller's arrogance he toys with cream because she is a mere child. This gives cream time to survive until Alice arrives and takes one of the super emeralds from exeller. As exeller loses his invincibility, it gives cream the opportunity to attack. Cream takes the super emeralds from exeller and uses the power to vanquish him. Although exeller is vanquished, cream is unable to bring back her friends without resetting the timeline. Cream understands that going back will bring exeller back, but she is willing to face any horrors to save her friends. Cream calls to the master emerald and resets the timeline. Cream is definitely my favorite character in this game.

I feel it was tough for two reasons: One, the Sally and Knuckles part was a bit confusing because of how Knuckles would always uppercut slightly in front of you and the tornadoes were a bit random in frequency. Two, FOR THE LOVE OF ALICE, STOP FOLLOWING ME, GO AWAY TAILS.

For me,I was playing like, a survival game with a team it was waves. Al my teammates were down,132 enemies on the map, and the exit was open. I had 1 choice. Or did I? I pumped adrenaline into me using a serigne,took out my claymore,and turned into a living chainsaw. In the end I revived my 3 teammates before dying. I told thwm in chat to go on,but then 1 of them names "lanko"came back with a revival potion! If it hadn't been for lanko,i would have did and not gotten the survival badge. Thanks lanko!

@@MisterManGav funny thing is, you can have eggman alive. If you keep him alive and abandon tails doll as cream then you play both solo routes. If you survive as both cream and eggman then you get exeller killing eggman(cheap a**hole) and then the cream solo ending
