i never questioned the spin jump over the fire tornado as thats what many sonic rom hacks that add her as a playable character do. but if you do want to add the fire tornadow, you could just make the tail a blank sprite when jumping

I think you should change her spin animation to her spinning in fire like sonic rush but her spinning in the ground can stay the same cause I no idea to change that and look normal. Oh nvm you addressed it in the video 😮
