Matrix Unleashed The form is OmniSonic. The reason I didn't use the Excalibur form is the sword hasn't had any play in the series (while the World Rings have been around).

Not really, Enerjac is actually a cannon thing in the Sonic the Hedgehog Comics. That joke with the sports drink is actually from the comics. Enerjac was pretty much Knuckles super powered with chaos energy and under Fintivus's control. So Enerjac is just Knuckles being controlled.

The Gamer Hero (GamerXZ0) It had been some time since Finitevus took Sonics' Chaos Energy, and it's not out of reason for Sonic to call upon the power of the Emeralds for more energy/power since he does have a connection to them. But (as of what most stories do) they wait till the time of desperation before calling on that power when they're at their limits.

So basically Sonic got his powers back because of plot convience. That's literally what you JUST told me. First off it wouldn't matter when or where Finitevus took Sonic's chaos powers. STOLEN IS STOLEN! He had no more of it, therefore he had none of it to call upon. Also while most stories do the whole "Characters get an edge during desperation," they at least have a good reason and it makes sense. Here it doesn't. You can't just give a character their powers back just because other stories have done it, it doesn't work like that you need actual reasoning as sense as to why it happens. You keep thinking you can do all these tropes other writers do but you can't because you don't know how they work. Hence why there's so many plot holes and inconcistencies in this whole entire series. You may think you're a writer but you're not. Also Sonic may have connection to the emeralds still but to do that he actually NEEDS a Chaos Emerald to do that, you know the very things that he doesn't possess? I'm sorry for being harsh, but you once again made another plot hole. There's emulating a trick another writer used and then there's just fucking it up for the sake of getting the plot moving.

Chaos energy is a natural thing in Sonics' world, therefore it can't be entirely taken. It's like Ki or Chakra from DBZ & Naruto, it's a part of them and can return over time. I thought it'd be a simple concept to grasp but I shouldn't have expected you to put something so simple together.

Remember that this is a fantasy type story so it could go the way you want or how I want, both are still very valid in the setting it is. We have our reasons (both valid). I love Sonic the Hedgehog and while I love the games I reference the comics more in terms of ideas since they're more expansive on the universe. Unfortunately this can cause some people not knowing things in them and be confused. Either way, thanks for the comment and (aside from some of the douche things that were said) there is some stuff I can take away from this.

NO the fuck it's not. Chaos energy is NOT Ki or Chakra. In fact Ki and Chakra aren't even the same. Let's go over the difference. Ki is a natural energy flow. Chakra is physical and spiritual energy pooling into one. The fact that you're trying to compare two energy sources together that have complete differences in terms of lore AND origin shows how little you know anything about what you're basing your story on. Besides, chaos energy isn't like that at all. Chaos Energy is an unstable, powerful energy that is generated by the Chaos Emeralds. Unless you're Scarlet Witch who has complete manipulation over that shit then you need a Chaos Emerald to maintain a connection. I love how you're trying to talk down to me as if I'm some petulant child who can't grasp concepts when you're the one who has no knowledge on any bit of the source material you're using. Guess you think you're pretty smart too don't you? Don't worry, I like to dream too.
