The thing about the supers is that they're basically nerfed versions of their original forms, losing the boosts for a harder requirement only obtainable in the middle of the run and really only once per battle. While it is fast and has a long duration, the characters pause for the transforming animation, forcing you to use most of your boost playing catch-up.

It all depends on what level they are

Just a little tip for using rusty rose you have to jump before using her boost so you can get all the items and dash pads
