This is the best video I've seen for this course. Simple and easy to pull off. Got it in 3 tries after watching this. All the other videos are jumping and boosting all over the place. Perfect!

Still don't understand why they didn't put S-Rank at 01:00.00... no other level in the game is that strict.

all the other levels in world 1 I casually hit S rank while getting the red rings. I wonder if this will change in a patch for a less strict time.
