Frontiers does take some inspiration from Unleashed after all Focus on combat,skill tree,new gameplay style and new types of enemies we have never seen before Both titles were really ambitious and both have been a breath of fresh air after the past few years It makes sense to combine them

I love the Werehog feature and I miss the quick time events that were in unleashed, if only these mods were available on console…

I think I know why I had such a hard time against the knight. I that it was bugged for me, because I only got the cutscene where he threw his sheild, it it bounces around in the Crater. I never got the other scenes, nor did he ever stop moving. I just had to get lucky and hope I hit him. Took about 450 rings, however long that is. It sucked.

@@VanBro339 I figured that out, but he wouldn't stop moving the entire time, and I never got the entire first phase. It skipped straight to the second.

@@VanBro339 the issue, was that after parrying, I got two basic hits in before he moved again, or if I was lucky a single special. Part of why I wish the game had the ability to replay titan fights.

One thing I found out about the knight when fighting him again with mods is that at the part where he uses the shield to block attacks, you can dodge to the right and deal damage to his head

Okay so what you’re saying is if the Werehog just didn’t exist it would be better? The whole point of it was so contradict the daytime stages A.K.A the boost levels. If the Werehog had boost it wouldn’t even have a point in existing. All though if they balanced the gameplay between the day and night stages then the issue wouldn’t exist. I like the Werehog stages personally but I do see that they are pretty long. They should’ve made the day stages a tad bit more longer then shrink the Werehog stages so the 2 game modes would have equal screen time. That’s just how I feel though

@@bushyness9745 we do understand the differences between them. And your suggestion is also valid. But there’s always a catch to it. Regular sonic tend to have longer stages than were hog due to his speed. Werehog is more like sonic on steroids and lost loads of speed for the muscles. Which makes sense as to why werehog has too short of a stage as is. And making him a *tad* bit more faster would make him feel more like sonic than an overpowered hybrid.

You can't change the overworld music I know that for a fact so they probably just put music over the video of the gameplay. You can only change certain tracks like cyberspace. So unless they figured out a way to change that, the mod is just the werehog skin and longer quills for regular sonic. If they figured out how to change the overworld theme I'd love to know how because I've been trying for hours to find a solution.

If only the open world design was prettier, it's really a decent game. The railings & platforms look out of place sometimes. And the cyberspace levels physics were weird.
