Please take note: You may notice that in Eggman's Facility that during the waterslide sections, Sonic doesn't have a waterslide animation. Well that's because Sonic was never given a unique animation for watersliding, unlike Shadow and the Avatar, which they do. So Sonic just uses the previous animation that he was in before he waterslides. Now you may think, 'But in Lost Valley, Sonic is being dragged by sand and clearly there's an animation for it', well yes, but however I believe that to be a completely different animation and I'm no modder, but it's impossible (or very difficult) to implement a whole new animation into the base game when the original code for it doesn't exist. If any modder can confirm this or correct me, let me know.

First,there were mods that fixed the characters physics then,then there were stage mod that give the stages more difficulty now, that make it so rings can make you boost and along you to play different characters in different stages,it sad that modders are fix the problems that the game had.

Henrystickman1234 But it goes to show how disappointed we are in the final product. And people still talk about 06 and Rise of Lyric even though those games are a couple years to over a decade old.

Daniel Martin Yes Forces may be one of the most disappointing games of 2017, but disappointing, doesn't always mean bad. It just didn't reach many other people's expectations that's all. I had my expectations on the lowest point, that I wasn't really too disappointed. The only thing that I was disappointed about is the game's length and the physics gave me a Sonic Heroes vibe. They were a bit slippery I mean. I gave the game a 7/10 score. Pretty fair since the game has a very decent amount of flaws in it.

Abbie L. Price I'm not saying the game is bad. I'm saying, there was a lot to be desired in...well, everything. Gameplay was nowhere near as exciting or fulfilling, feeling more automated than ever before. Most levels had nothing too unique about them, and while I get you can make that argument about most Boost games, it really feels like there's nothing interesting here, not to mention the short length. I can't find anything to deeply enjoy or hate from this game aside from the music. It feels like it's just...here. Definitely a 5 or 5.5 out of 10 for me. Again, it's not a bad game (I'd gladly play this over 06, Shadow, and Lost World 3DS), but it doesn't have much going for it, regardless if you compare it to past games or not
