@@ElhTil yeah because after the sonic's story Knuckles was chilling alone in the island. But eggrobo stole the emerald and then knuckles' story begins finding the master emerald

Same I wish tails got hyper transformation like sonic and knuckles, but nope he’s forced to just have super tails transformation only. Just hope day sonic 3 and knuckles game will get remastered remade and redone altogether for new improvement and hyper transformations done like this (but without any problems whatsoever).

@@bigmacsama Who knows Sonic Origins may do some of the improvements you want. Either way it's always refreshing to see Team Sonic/Heroes properly transform together instead of that silly bubble crap in Heroes. Tbf the development of Sonic Heroes was arduous and Iizuka essentially had to bulid most of the game by himself plus in order to the meet deadlines, a bunch of content/concepts had to be cut as well as streamlined. Team Hooligans, more unique levels for each team, boss-fights, Mighty and Ray, etc. Who knows Knux and Tails actually transforming in Heroes may have been one of the ideas that had to be cut to save time?

@@Drummer_Ilham Yep! The asteroid swinging on a chain is a reference to the Egg Wrecker from Sonic 1, and so on And when Tails and Knuckles join, the attacks are from bosses from Sonic 2 & 3

The Sonic Ecyclo-Speed-Ia written by Ian Flynn and approved by Sega confirms that the "only male hedgehogs can go super" statement is bunk (just like the "two worlds") plus it treats "classic" Sonic as just a younger Sonic from the past among several other things. Never take WoG at face value if it contradicts what was shown in the games and lore moreso if it was done under a timed interview where you kinda put on the spot. E.g: In that infamous "two worlds" interview Iizuka actually ment two separate societies on the same planet (Humans living on the continents while Anthros live on the islands) however some folks misinterpreted the kanji (which has multiple meanings) as literally two separate planets and that whole mess lasted around decade until it was properly explained both in the lorebook as well as on the official STH channel on YT via Tailstube.
