Crazy to see just how drastically different most everything felt in this mod. I think my favorite thing was the wild backgrounds to the Chaos Emerald stages.

Oh man, this mod looked fantastic! You can tell they put a ton of work into it. I think you're going to have to do a part 2. This was awesome! Also... I'm really going to have to get around to trying pizza tower one of these days. XD

This Sonic hack was the best yet and will always be. Ten out of ten confirmed! Sonic and Peppino have quite different personalities but they sure have similar movesets, physics and gameplay. Actually come to think of it, that previous one was like a Sonic version of Pizza Tower, now a Pizza tower version of Sonic. All those sprite replacements (such as those pizza flowers), cutscenes and story, minigames and *everything* was just so epic. It even had The Noise replacing Doctor Robotnik with that cool custom machine like that too, and those little following topping guys replacing the flickies. Come to think of it, surely the little toppings being like the flickies from Sonic is not a coincedence. The only think the creator forgot is to replace those big ring portals with those eyeballs from the original game. That would have been really cool because of those eyeballs that lead to secret little bonus levels in the original game. I like how those tomatos also looked like little pizza balls or something. I just LOVE the soundtracks for both Sonic and this new trending and awesome Pizza Tower game (both of those are awesome by the way) and how the invincibility music was replaced with that epic chase music, and that infamous, overwhelming drowning music being replaced witht he sped up version of that awesome chanse music that plays when you have 5 seconds left. Nice how you barely saved yourself by the way. It for some reason involved a bit where there is Peppino's family...? Or are they just other chefs? I don't know because I don't know all of Pizza Tower. Heck, it even ended with a Pizza Tower version of Kirby's Avalanche where you are against The Noise (in which he is an awesome and funny character) and with those pizza toppings instead of those slime guys (and of course the ones that are hard to destruct being replaced with little John bricks) and how your strategy actually worked. 🍕🤩✨

I heard this mod since 2018, because it has developed by Patafoin, an 3D Pokemon animater.

Yeah, you should definitely play more. Everything is recreated so well, I almost couldn't even tell it was a mod. But that also might be cuz I don't know much about Sonic Mania lol 😅

This sonic mania mod’s existed for a WHILE. Patafoin knew abt PT far before the full game came out, back when it was still in demos and stuff in 2018(?). That’s why some of the sprites seem old or scuffed, they’re older sprites used by the demos back then.

On another note, I saw a game you may think is neat called Viewfinder, I don't know if you've heard of it, I only saw a demo which I don't know if is still available but it had a cool concept, great mechanics, and some mind bending moments. 21:58 Well it’s a complicated story but basically the devs of Sonic Mania (Which where actually fans of the series that got hired) started complaining about I think wanting a better contract or something but SEGA denied so the Sonic Mania devs left after the Sonic 3 & Knuckles port for Sonic Origins. I don’t know the full detail and I’m not sure if it’s even true but here you go I guess

That Mach 3 running animation is amazing! 2 Chaos emeralds in the first level? In this day and age? First Level Beat! LAST SECOND WIN! ANOTHER LAST SECOND WIN! Uhhhh how about we call it . . . The Noisy Egg . . . I tried. NICE! 5th emerald! I would gladly take an episode 2! THIS IS AWESOME! WAY TOO CLOSE! Why does exiting water to save your life always come to the very, last, second. "So we can breathe underwater" aaaaand also be able to breathe in the Purple Liquid aka Mega Mack, without being poisoned! Check the Sonic 2 manual, he gets poisoned. Fun Fact, you can beat Robotnik/Noise without using the joystick . . . and I am serious about that. This was so cool! I would definitely watch another episode of this!
