For all those saying that I made a mistake on Rouge's name. The official website of sonic confirms that she is a vampire bat hybrid mixed with a vampire which is why I put vampire bat on the healthbar.

To make rouge more “kid friendly” I guess, also amys dress is slightly changed, it has sleeves now

I also believe Amy's dress is more iconic so they can't alter it all that much without giving her a completely different outfit unlike rouge's
