watching speed run footage of this game really hits home how utterly broken it is to be able to just casually leave the main course and take all the short cuts you please, that's only a few notches above Big Rigs levels of broken gameplay

I see you've used cleaner pcm sample here. I will say, it's kind of interested to hear Bart's voice utterly destroyed by low bitrate. It did make that mix unlistenable though and not well accurate of what Do the Bartman could sound like on a stock machine. But this singing I think would be improved if you could hear it less.
