It was explained in the video that he doesn’t know how to use his powers, and that it was difficult to use his more impressive abilities in Sonic’s universe because he isn’t used to that reality. Notice how, in the Void, EXE casually made a universe, but in Sonic’s world, he made an effort to make two Galaxies. That’s how much power he can use at this point. If Dark Sonic is as strong as Super Sonic, trying to kill with with two Galaxies is nowhere near enough. Solaris destroyed the entire universe and alternate timelines by doing nothing. He just stood there and everything was destroyed. And Super Sonic (and Super Shadow and Super Silver) survived fighting him. EXE has the power, but doesn’t know how to use it yet. He needs to adapt. Basically, EXE has godly power within him, but it isn’t accessible, for now.
