Hey y’all! The drummer here. Jon, it was awesome briefly meeting you!! I’m happy to hear you praise our group of players, especially our singer Dave. He works his butt off. Anyone wondering, I’ll also be performing at the LA, São Paulo, and Boston shows. Hope to see some of your faces out in the crowds!

I asked Jun to sign my Shadow backpack but I forgot to bring a pen. He looked around the crowd asking for a sharpie, someone offered him a gold one, and he was just like "No, no, for Shadow it has to be black" and fished one out of the crowd, he's so sweet to fans! I think with the 'less respected' games, a lot of us were just so happy for the acknowledgement. Not only the acknowledgement, but how big of a deal I Am...All of Me was, with the slow intro, and the lighting change!! besides- Unleashed has become a fandom darling, the hate for Shadow 05 was retroactive (it even won a couple GOTYs), and stuff like Project 06 has allowed a lot of people to finally appreciate the game under the dev problems. Where I was, people were chanting "Live & Learn" instead of 'Encore'. Missing the Sonic Adventure Music Experience was one of my biggest regrets, so not only getting to see Sonic music live, but to see Jun and Tomoya perform?? It was incredible.

Thats me at 1:24, one of the best night of my life!, energy was extravagant in the room and was wonderful to bump into Jon and for everyone to enjoy this symphony :)

This was a night I will NEVER forget. A room full all singing to Sonic songs. I *have* attended better shows musically from a technical standpoint. But I've never had a show be more fun than this one was. I've been to bigger shows by far. But give the Sonic community a moderately sized concert hall and you have more energy than any stadium show I've ever seen. Well- unless your band name is Queen.

Went in the afternoon and I loved every second of it. I definitely got emotional in a few places.

It was great to see you there Jon (even if I completely drew a blank on how to talk like a normal human after I called out to you...!). Totally agree with you that the editing was incredible and really sold the whole thing. Still thinking about the crowd reaction to I Am... All of Me. There was so much love for all parts of the series!

I can't wait for the Boston show at the end of October. It's a shame Jun and Tomoya seemingly aren't going to attend but I'm there for the music, and everyone I've spoken to who's gone has been blown away by the performances.

I seriously should've attended this event. Hearing your experiences has me feeling all giddy about what was shown, but now I regret choosing to pass on the experience, especially when it was live in our home country. Hopefully they return with a new tour to London, because I'm definitely not skipping it next time.🙏🏼

UK sonic fan here, living in Japan for 7 years. I love sonic. I love sonic music. I attended summer of sonic many times in the UK but the fanbase just isn't here in Japan. I'm very excited to attend the Tokyo show though but the atmosphere probably won't be the same!

My cousin and I had a great (if brief) encounter with you after the show, chatting about the sheer magnitude of the Sonic fanbase and our favourite songs played at the show. I had to choose His World because that song has only been performed live a handful of times way back in the day, and to finally see the original song played with not only strings, but a full orchestra behind it was so cathartic. Cap it off with Ohtani playing bass on his own song and it was just a perfect rendition... how will they top that??? We're glad you enjoyed the show as much as we did!

I absolutely loved the show, I'm big into going to music gigs and this one was one the best I've been to. I couldn't believe it when they played Break Through it All as a fan of metal music I thought that song would be way too heavy for them to play live, I didn't see your tweet so I wasn't able to meet you unfortunately but hopefully in the future we'll end up at the same event again 😅

No way! I wish I'd seen you there! The symphony was genuinely one of the best things I've ever seen. Cried to the orchestra all the way through then jammed out when the rock band came on, with some of the most awesome surprise arrangements! Delightful show and it was so great to meet Jun and Ohtani!

The video editing was definitely a highlight, such as how they recreated parts of Unleashed's E3 trailer during Endless Possibilities and ESPECIALLY how they ended the Game Gear medley.

the symphony is one of the greatest things ive ever had the joy to experience in my whole life. performances were phenomenal, the applause after every piece, the shear atmosphere that was brought the songs and audience during the vocal songs made me feel great to be a sonic fan. being there with my friends and enjoying everything on offer, playing favourite songs to surprising heavy hitters made it one of the greatest nights of my life. if they ever do more london shows ill be sure to attend them also trying to spot myself around 10:25 is hard lol

I went to the 8pm showing and I absolutely loved it! I knew it was going to be special when the Sonic CD medley started, as that wasn't in the original broadcast and it's one of my favourite soundtracks in the series. Such a pleasant surprise. Though all of the songs and medleys were all wonderfully performed. Hard to list favourites, but I'd probably highlight It Doesn't Matter, Rooftop Run, What I'm Made of and Open your Heart. I also loved the vibrant and enthusiastic atmosphere from both the performers and audience, particularly in act two. It reminded me of the performances from the Summer of Sonic conventions I went to from over a decade ago (don't know if you or anyone here has ever been to one of those?). I went with a relative who knew barely anything about Sonic, but came away really impressed with the show. Let that be a testament to how strong the music and community of Sonic the Hedgehog really are to so many people. A shame I couldn't meet you Jon, mainly due to huge crowds and lack of time. Though I'm glad you enjoyed the show and so cool that you met Jun Senoue and have him sign your Adventure boxes. I was lucky to have my Generations game box signed by him from one of said SoS conventions. I hope everyone across the pond looks forward to and enjoys their concerts of the Sonic Symphony tour! It will certainly be worth it!

I was there just below where you were sat. Amazing show! My favourite part was when the singer came into the audience for Endless Possibility. A must for Sonic fans.

It was truly a phenominal experience! I also went to the evening showing. It's crazy how truly electric we all are! Every clip I see of the afternoon showing isn't nearly as loud and nobody sure as hell stood up like we did. We truly screamed our hearts out!

I attended the Los Angeles concert and it was MAGICAL. The music in Sonic games mean so much to me. Hearing City Escape live was just phenomenal. That was the first song I was ever exposed to in a Sonic game. Not only is it a kick ass song, but the first ACTUAL song I heard in a video game that forever left an impression on me.

Seeing the crowd sing "Live and Learn" from this video is getting me emotional. I NEED to catch this show in the States

One thing I do love about Sega is even though there is several bad sonic games. They know the music was still amazing, Sonic 06 is so bad its been memed to hell and back. But His world is still a great song so they still celebrate it

I expected the classical music side, did not expect part 2 to be one of the most nostalgia and action packed memorable moments that I would ever experience. I definatly sang live and learn and was amazed that I remembered the words after so long. Im tearing up thinking about it. Such a wonderful time, a wonderful community. Im glad I went, I hope they release a cd I can buy to hear it again 😊

I managed to make it to the earlier show, and it was absolutely phenomenal! For being the very first showing ever, it was damn near perfect, and the air was electric, especially for Break Through It All (which made me lose my voice lol). Hopefully it’ll come back to the UK so I can see it again, and maybe get something signed next time - it was a magical experience!

Honestly, after going to the Sonic Adventure Music Experience show back in 2019, I wasn't sure when, or even if I'd get a chance to see Sonic music live again, but I am so so glad to get to experience this show. Loved seeing Jun Senoue live again, as well as getting to see Tomoya Ohtani for the first time and man, getting to be in a sea of fans screaming the lyrics to all of those songs has to be one of my favourite live music moments of this year, if not of all time. Just a shame I didn't get a chance to bump into Jun or Tomoya, or for a matter of fact any of the fans there. Maybe next time I guess lmao

I got to see this, And 2 other video game famous bands this weekend with 65 days of Static ( no mans sky fame) and Chipzel ( Super hexegon and Dicey dungeons) What a weekend to top it off I got to meet Jon and even got to be in this video! Thanks Jon and great to meet you 😊

I was at the 3:30 showing. Best show I have ever seen.

I attended the afternoon performance. 1st half was a brilliant classical concert and the 2nd was an awesome rock show. Just wish we could've moshed,danced and sang at the top of our lungs in a standing arena. Still I loved it soooo much. Any Sonic fan should go.

Personally my favorite version of His World is the Summer of Sonic '08 "Blue World Prelude" by Bentley Jones (Lee Brotherton), which more like a slower ballad version. I especially love the piano at the beginning and the French horn in the background.

The whole night was crazy. I was literally crying by the end. I met shota after the show and took a photo with Black Nerd Comedy of all people during the intermission. Was a wild night.

My only attachment to live and learn is from smash, but that still looked so hype.

I was at the 3.30pm show and had such a great time! I was hoping for Undefeatable but was very happy to have a frontiers vocal song appear at all. Hearing the songs from Sonic Adventure 1&2 live were on the bucket list and im so glad to have experienced it. Will never forget it.

Loved it so much. Talked to a handful of nice people too non stop about everything Sonic related. Everywhere I looked I was smiling to see all the people who all had so much enthusiasm. The music made me jump with excited shock at certain parts. I was at the 3:30 show and had to catch a train home but it would've been funny to run into Jon Lmao. Oh yea and at the 3:30 show the background footage was glitching out during the Sonic 2 Medley Lol

Man, what a cool experience! I teach music and it's because of video game music that I took this career path. Right before the pandemic, my girlfriend bought me tickets to the A New World orchestra for Final Fantasy music and it was so cool hearing all that amazing music live. Fingers crossed I'll make it to this one.

when someone asks me what im favorite game is. i either say ttyd or sonic adventure 1. i go back and forth that i really do consider both to be my favorite games of all time. In 2024, nintendo is planning to do the thing that blew my mind, and plan to bring ttyd to modern hardware. ik i still have sa1 on steam, but i would love to have it on switch too
