I'll be real: For ALL the shit people give "Sonic Forces", the ONE THING it did right was let Amy take charge for a while. Sonic's gone for 6 months and she essentially takes over the Resistance with Knuckles! I IMPLORE YOU to read the IDW Sonic Comics! That Amy carries with the fact that Sonic isn't her entire personality! IDW genuinely made me an Amy fan, and I've hated her stalker simp hide since I met her in "Sonic Heroes" (and she wasn't even that thirsty in that one...)

the reason why amy simps for sonic in the first place although not as much in recent games (frontiers) is because amy used tarot cards to predict what was going to happen between her and sonic. litterally the game she was introduced (CD) and at that point she wasnt really simping she was just admiring sonic like how everyone else was for how fucking cool he was.

I know this is old but the Sega Genesis actually didn't fail, it was arguably the only console Sega had released that didn't fail tbh. It competed strongly with the SNES and while a lot of Sega's games from those days are mostly forgotten several did survive(or get revived) later. Sonic X was so freaking good, I had that first episode with the highway race on dvd and I’m pretty sure I memorized every frame lol. Still bitter they cancelled the season 4 adaptation of Sonic 06’s story. Tails was also honestly probably the most developed character by the end… Blaze is a pyrokinetic cat from Sonic Rush and queen of her world guarding the Sol Emeralds. Sonic 06 tried to retcon it to be she’s from the future like silver but died and got reincarnated into said parallel dimension. if you’ve ever seen the Eggman Nega meme, that’s her universe’s Eggman. And for me it’s Big, then Omega, then Knuckles.

my fav character by far is Amy Rose. She's the perfect combination of badass female and cute and charming imo.

Hey! The SEGA wasn't a flop! I have lots of great memories playing games on that system! Even more so than most of the SNES. The original Mortal Kombat, the original Shining series, Rampart, the original X-Men games, Road Rash I and II, the original Pirates! Gold!, Kid Chameleon, Landstalker, D&D Warriors of the Eternal Sun, the original Pit Fighter, Sorcerer's Kingdom, the Golden Axe series, the original Samurai Showdown, etc. etc. I had an Atari. Then SEGA came out and blew our young minds! Also, I find it hilarious that Dan Bull as Robotnik, and Stupendium as Big the Cat were the best verses on these raps. And I always liked Knuckles' no-nonsense attitude. He got stuff done.
