Hello Ladies and Gentlemen! We are here bringing you the first part of the Sonic Universe Arc, The Shadow Saga!
We join our Hero Shadow who now works for G.U.N, facing off against the evil Metal Sonic in the Sol Dimension after fighting across two different zones. Metal Sonic pummels Shadow and goes on the search for Dr. Robotnik. Shadow now stranded, stumbles across Blaze and Marine who take him aboard their ship. Shadow finds out that Blaze has a connection with Sonic, and hopes that his mission can be salvaged after all. But what about Metal Sonic? Watch to find out!

Same. IDW Shadow is an abrasive hot head. Archie Shadow is quiet, stoic and serious but a nice and respectful person

@@madhanblaze1311 SEGA put strict guidelines on how the comics must be written ever since Archie's Lawsuit against that middle-aged Chris chan motherf*ker. Unfortunately one of these restrictions is that Shadow is cursed with Vegeta Syndrome

Honestly stories like this show Ian Flynn can write Shadow decently, it's just mandates are a total pain and he just needs to not axe him so early in the story

6:50 This is just awesome to me, as a fan of history, it is just fun to see the good old Cannon doing work. Also, What a SHOT! Hitting a Flying target with a naval broadside of all things, Marine is clearly deserves the title of Caption! (Plus she is just so cute!)

I like Shadow in the comics, he’s nice heroic respectful but at the same time badass with a no nonsense firece attitude in a fight. A far cry from his egotistical “edgy” video game counterpart who hates everyone and everything and thinks being an asshole makes him cool

Uhh, whatever his motivation is. I am very glad that he was written well in SA2 and 06, Hell, the reason I admire shadow more than sonic is because of the writers from Archie comics. You respect you guys very much.

I know this was a few years ago, but don't disrespect the Canon mate. It is a genuine weapon of war that even Sonic needs to dodge when Eggman uses one on him (he is just so good at dodging it) In fact, I'm Impressed that Marine was able to hit a flying target with a Naval broad side of all things! She's clearly Capton for a reason!
