This is part of Sonic Paradox's Flash Archive. With Adobe Flash shutting down the Sonic Paradox team wanted to preserve some of the Sonic Flash animations in full 1080p.

Mario-main considering how smooth the animation is and how in model the art is aswell as the music in background being timed with the animation it's way ahead of it's time.

I was still in school when this came out, I remember watching it when it just released, this animation held up well to time, the choreography is still mindblowing for a flash animation

Whoever has seen and remembers that Sonic vs Knuckles sprite animation back then, it would let you choose between Sonic's victory or Knuckle's victory at the end. Does anyone see what I'm talking about?

This animation was way past cool and still is. Roger has officially stopped voicing Sonic after 10 years, he was the longest Sonic voice actor. We will miss him. #SonicRoger #10Years

A little bit disappointed that this one didn't return in widescreen. But hey, it's better than nothing. Really nostalgic to see such high quality animation yet again and I'm glad it will be preserved as it deserves to be.

I always saw myself in Sonic and my older brother saw himself in Knuckles, we are just one year of diference. Since our childhood we were rivals, everytime I see this video I remember we playing of fight when we were little and it makes me remember how much I love him.

I always loved the games when Kunckles was a secondary antagonist and not an ally. He was so threatening and I liked the idea of speed vs strength.

imagine if this was how their second fight went, they see each other on the island and fight and there fight slowly goes into the maze crashing through walls and when they get to the emerald, they see Eggman about to use it then it go to the original were sonic saves knuckles from drowning
